"Room was clean and spacious. The room I booked has a balcony that had a very nice Mountain view. There was breakfast included and I had that at the balcony of my room with that great view. There was vendor passed by selling Taho too and many went down to get one!
The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Mirador Hill Peace Memorial. I just walked there from the hotel. The sound proof was not great and there was chimes from the lift. So you will hear people talking and steps when they pass the corridor, when the lift arrives every time, when people talk at the balcony or turn on the TV a bit loud.
Anyhow, the bed and blanket were comfy with hot shower. I had quite a comfort stay."

"I stayed at Selandra and it truly exceeded my expectations. At first, there was a minor issue, but the host quickly resolved it with such grace and professionalism. She made sure I was comfortable and even asked if I had any questions or concerns about the place—she was more than happy to help. Her hospitality was genuinely warm and reassuring.
I celebrated my 25th birthday here, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The space is not only aesthetic and peaceful, but also reliable for remote work—the internet connection was solid throughout my stay. If you're looking for a quiet and beautifully designed place to unwind, this is perfect. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
Just a small note: the location is a bit tucked away, so if you're not into long walks, it’s best to book a Grab going to and from the listing, especially since it's not along the main road. But aside from that, everything was amazing. I highly recommend her place!"

The facility is clean, and our room cleaner in room 9004 is commendable, but the other room was not cleaned, unsure about the standard cleaning procedure (daily or as per request).
Some staff members are courteous, but others are not.
Upon check out, the check-out policy was 1200 due to unavoidable circumstances. We were delayed checking out. I requested a little bit of delay but hotel insisted that we need to vacate the room as the next occupant is ready to check in. Question k lang nong kmi ang mag early check-in is d pwede dahil ndun pa ang ocupant pero nung kmi ang nadelay pramg ang higpit nila at we don't have a choice. Kaya prang unfair man.

"It was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. "nice hotel with breakfast buffet and heated swimming pool good for family bonding, unfortunately the staff was not that friendly and the bellman seems like you need to give him a tip after his service and also the receptionist but I would like to commend the housekeepers, lifeguard and parking staff for always greeting us.

1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional,
However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on.
2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no.
3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way.
4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient
5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room.
6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively
7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore.
8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter
9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service.
Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then.

The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

TTravelDestinationsThe place is very convenient—super near the bus station and just below SM Baguio. I love how easy it is to go around the city and reach the places I need to visit.
The staff at the reception was very welcoming, and one of the guys even helped me move my things from the room downstairs all the way to the bus station. That was such a thoughtful service, and I really appreciated his help with my heavy luggage.
However, the place is currently under construction/renovation, and the room I stayed in had some issues. The toilet floor was wet; even though there was a cover, it still got wet, so I had to wear shoes whenever I used it. There was no towel provided, and I wasn’t sure if I had to request one. Since I only stayed for a few hours, I didn’t need to shower, but when I checked out, the staff asked if no towel was placed in the room, which was a bit surprising 😅.
Overall, the location is excellent, and I really like the convenience. They just need to improve the rooms and ensure towels are always provided for guests without needing to request them.
P.S. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs.

But that is not true. The price for the room I selected was for a single bunk bed only. This is what we were told after arrving. The double bed was P200 extra a night. We paid but complained at Trip.com. We got P400 credit for the next booking. How to call this practice from the hotel? Not honest. Advertising something that is not true. I will make sure Trip.com
change that.
Hotel near a road with a lot of traffic. Walls very thin, can hear people next room. Same for the floor...could hear people walking above.
