As a family, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the family room, which gave us plenty of space to move around comfortably. The amenities provided were great and met all our needs. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff warmly accommodated us from check-in to check-out and made us feel truly welcome. Additionally, the location is wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We highly recommend Inn Rocio for families looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Baguio. We will definitely be back!"

"Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent—right in the heart of the city, which was very convenient. However, we experienced an issue with the room window leaking whenever the rain and wind became strong. We understand that the weather was particularly bad during our stay, but unfortunately, water continued to enter the room despite the staff placing towels around the window and wiping the floor. I hope the hotel can properly address and fix this issue for future guests."

"1. Do not take a room facing Leonard Wood Road. The traffic noise is awful and continues all night. 2. Breakfast is not available at breakfast time. 3. With great sadness I have to say I won’t be coming back after keeping Mountain Lodge at the top of my list for more than 30 years. 🥲"

"This hotel is really terrible, and I strongly advise all foreign travelers not to choose this place. They deliberately assign rooms with excessive noise to foreign guests. My room was right next to their kitchen's exhaust duct, and there was noise exceeding 70 decibels from late at night until after 11 p.m., and it started again around 5 a.m. The entire room was shaking, making it impossible to sleep. When I complained to the staff, they just gave me a brief, insincere apology. But in reality, they are aware of the problem with this room and are deliberately assigning it to foreigners."

"This was my third visit to Baguio. My first and second stays were at SotoGrande Baguio, but this time I decided to try something different. For both, my main criterion was an outdoor heated pool. While the pool at SotoGrande was somewhat usable, the one at Newtown Plaza felt more like a pool meant to be looked at from the restaurant. It's not really for swimming, or at least it seems a bit difficult to use. Newtown Plaza seems to have more history and their buffet is quite popular. However, since I really want to use a pool even in cold Baguio, I might just go back to SotoGrande next time!"

Highly recommended lalo na para sa mga big families or groups na naghahanap ng affordable pero spacious na matutuluyan. Napakabait at accommodating din ng owner at housekeeper, kaya mas naging comfortable ang stay namin. May parking space rin para sa mga may private vehicles, which is very convenient. Accessible din ang location dahil karamihan ng tourist attractions ay nasa 10-15 minutes drive lang. Overall, sobrang satisfied kami sa stay namin. Clean, budget-friendly, and worth it. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
