East Guesthouse

East Guesthouse ★★

📍 No. 453 Heping Street, Bamiantong Town, Muling

"The accommodation facilities, cleanliness, and environment were commensurate with the price, so I won't comment on them. Although the price was relatively cheap, I didn't have high expectations for the service. However, the service attitude of the staff was truly disappointing. The room key wouldn't open the door, causing me to go back and forth from the fourth floor to the front desk four or five times. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that only standard rooms were available. The staff's attitude throughout the ordeal was extremely unpleasant."

East Guesthouse ★★
"I extended my stay and went out to run errands before noon, asking the front desk to clean my room and change the sheets. When I returned around 2 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. When I asked why, the front desk said they hadn't cleaned my floor yet and I'd have to wait. They also said they didn't have any sheets or duvet covers available and they wouldn't be ironed until after 4 PM. Does such a large hotel not even have spare sheets? And why does cleaning have to wait until 1:30 PM for everyone to be cleaned at once?! The hotel service needs improvement!"
