環境很差，屋裡有蟑螂，床單上有長頭髮，早餐吃不飽，房間小，沒窗户住了一晚就換酒店了！

Happy with the family room, nice staff, friendly behaviour, The plus point is location of hotel just near to gateway of India , you can easily find hotels for meal nearby . Good location for living Mumbai life

Horrible Hotel..building looks haunted,beds were not clean and was full of filth.washroom stinks like hell..there were multiple vacant room when we requested to shift in some other room as rooms are suffocating with no window..guy at the reception said it's booked but entire hotel was empty plus he was rude and should be fired..cockroaches roaming here and there....most pathetic experience..never ever coming back

Cockroaches on bed , filthy room with broken jet spray in wahroom , bad service and with that u get bad food . I changed my hotel midnight The hotel refused to provide a refund saying "kabhi kabhi aa jate cockroaches, subah saaf karwa denge"

I recently stayed at Colaba Suites with my family, and it was a fantastic experience. The accommodations were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The rooms were not only clean but also available exactly when we needed them. Overall, it was a great choice for a family getaway.

I booked this hotel because of the location. The location was so good that most of the tourist spots are near and also the best place for shopping. I saw the photos on the website and was a bit disappointed as they are smaller than in the photos. But the check-in was easy and felt a bit safe in this hotel even though the looks of the hotel doesn't seem to be. The Receptionist Zunaid was really courteous and gave me a lot of suggestions for me as I am new here. Also made sure that I am safe. As a solo traveler, I felt this way.
