"We really enjoy our stay at the Ozone - the location is great for walking and exploring (extremely safe), the rooms are well appointed - complimented by a very good room service option. The staff are wonderful in particular, Sushma, Arshad and Viresh are extremely helpful and ensured our stay was enjoyable and memorable. The wifi was ok - a bit hit and miss with connectivity otherwise this is a highly recommended establishment in Colaba!!"
