I booked this hotel from the company staff and the room was smaller than the pictures they posted

Excellent location. The breakfast spread has improved but I still miss the good old days with hot and fresh parathas being served in the mornings.
The hotel is going through some renovation but overall a great stay. Just one complaint - I have had to wait past 2 pm, having arrived at 11 am for check in as the rooms were not ready. Got I little impatient at 2 pm because I saw others who came after me but they had already been allocated their keys. I was with a young child and landed on an early flight hoping for an early check in. We then ventured off for a massage nearby hoping that our room would be ready in time by 2 pm (official check in time). However, it wasn’t ready until 2:30 pm and therefore I will not give full marks for the service.

Wow. Best restaurant EVER - the chef at Zante is world class and the waitstaff so wonderful I wanted to take them home with me. Hospitality at Bawa is superb, the beds comfy and the aircon magnificently cold. Will definitely return here on my next trip to Mumbai. Staff remember your preferences and welcome you back with open arms.

Hotel staff are great super friendly and nice very helpful Rooms are clean and tidy The air conditioning works well Has everything you need Showers are nice and hot Housekeeping is super friendly Nothing more really to say food was ok needs good coffee

Very good service by Mahendra, Sunil and Durai. The room was kept clean and tidy everyday. The staff are very friendly and polite. The food was good as well. The location is also safe and secure. Overall was a good experience at Hotel Bawa suites.

I was recommended this hotel as it is close to where I was having dental work done. (Dentzz) My expectations were exceeded on every front. The staff, the room, room service and restaurant were all you could ask for. I am returning in 6 months for follow up work and will definitely return to Bawa suites.

Great experience from my arrival to my farewell. Been greeted daily by Sanchit with such a warming welcome everyday makes it soo much happier each day. House keeping & overall helpfulness from the following Sunil, Mahendral, Durai & Sitaram has been outstanding. With great staff & excellent service, I would definitely recommend to others. Keep up the great work, yous have such a great team 😊

Our experience at the BAWA suites has been consistently excellant. We have been regular visitors. Superb location, very clean and spacious rooms, very good breakfast, attentive staff. Special mention of Mahendra, Suresh, Oliver & ***oj , they have been excellant.
