We have a few days vacation with friends here. And it was really FANTASTIC! First we have a surprised check in and the receptionist Gian make for us everything very professional . Then restaurant service is astonishing. And the rest is BREAKFAST it’s really something as well view is amazing and the price is quite accessible. So for me PALMA LOCARNO is one of the best.

This brand-new hotel on the lake just around the corner from Locarno in Muralto turned out to be a great choice for our stay in Ticino. Extremely comfortable modern rooms with great bathrooms and lake view, a very nice bar on the terrace outside with lots of comfy chairs and sofas, and extremely helpful staff. It also has a fully equipped bike room with tools, workstand, laundry and washing station, as well as city bikes available for clients' use.

Just by the lake, the location is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the western breakfast is quite rich, the restaurant is on the 2nd floor, the large floor-to-ceiling glass window is the lake view, watching the beautiful scenery leisurely eating breakfast is very pleasant, no parking lot, across the road There is a parking space, free after 7 pm, one hour after 7:00, only one coin, only coin.

The hotel was excellent for our overnight stop in Locarno although we would have happily stayed longer. Travelling by train, the hotel is conveniently close to train station (but not so that you get bothered by any noise). The rooms are very modern, clean, well equipped, quiet and with comfortable beds. The staff are really friendly, very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast is ideal. Really enjoyed the fabulous stained glass windows and it made using the stairs (although there is a lift!) a real pleasure too.

Really enjoyed the fabulous stained glass windows and it made using the stairs (although there is a lift!) a real pleasure too.

I highly recommend this hotel and just want to thank all of the staff for their excellent service.

Positives + Location (just five minutes walking distance from the train station) + Rooms (modern and clean) + balcony (large, facing south, wind protected, privacy protected and they even have a cushioned bench to sit on.) + Staff (very friendly!) + Breakfast (bread, yoghurt, eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, meat, coffee and tea) + View (You can see the lake and the mountains) + Quiet (High quality sliding doors that stop any traffic noise from coming in but there's not much traffic in the evening) + Beds (Large double beds with separate mattresses) + Ticino card is included which means all public transport is free in the area + Reasonable room rates Negative - I wasn't a fan of the foam mattresses. I highly recommend this hotel and just want to thank all of the staff for their excellent service.

We have a few days vacation with friends here. And it was really FANTASTIC! First we have a surprised check in and the receptionist Gian make for us everything very professional . Then restaurant service is astonishing. And the rest is BREAKFAST it’s really something as well view is amazing and the price is quite accessible. So for me PALMA LOCARNO is one of the best.

The hotel was excellent for our overnight stop in Locarno although we would have happily stayed longer. Travelling by train, the hotel is conveniently close to train station (but not so that you get bothered by any noise). The rooms are very modern, clean, well equipped, quiet and with comfortable beds. The staff are really friendly, very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast is ideal. Really enjoyed the fabulous stained glass windows and it made using the stairs (although there is a lift!) a real pleasure too.

This brand-new hotel on the lake just around the corner from Locarno in Muralto turned out to be a great choice for our stay in Ticino. Extremely comfortable modern rooms with great bathrooms and lake view, a very nice bar on the terrace outside with lots of comfy chairs and sofas, and extremely helpful staff. It also has a fully equipped bike room with tools, workstand, laundry and washing station, as well as city bikes available for clients' use.

Just by the lake, the location is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the western breakfast is quite rich, the restaurant is on the 2nd floor, the large floor-to-ceiling glass window is the lake view, watching the beautiful scenery leisurely eating breakfast is very pleasant, no parking lot, across the road There is a parking space, free after 7 pm, one hour after 7:00, only one coin, only coin.
