"A Horrendous Experience at Grand Mercure Mysore Our stay at Grand Mercure Mysore was a complete letdown from start to finish. The issues began at check-in with major communication gaps and incompetent room allocation. Despite booking 2 rooms with elderly and kids, we were offered rooms on separate floors, forcing us to wait hours while the staff fumbled for a solution. Luggage handling was equally chaotic—our bags remained unattended, and we had to retrieve our car keys ourselves just to get them delivered. The management showed no willingness to help, refused to process a refund for a downgraded room, and remained dismissive throughout. Service at breakfast was shockingly poor—a 20-minute wait for an omelette speaks volumes about their carelessness and inefficiency. This was a stay marred by inexperienced staff, disorganized processes, and management’s refusal to take accountability. For a hotel of this stature, such a lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic hospitality."

"Everything was perfect fir our stay and the location was very appealing, close to all central attractions. The room was super comfy and well equipped to a luxurious standard. The pool was fantastic and we made full use of. The restaurant had a generous offering and food was up to a high standard. Thanks to the staff for all their help and making our stay such a treat. Cant wait to visit again."

"Location is top! Easily accessible attractions like Mysore Palace, Devraj Market, Urs road, zoo etc. Hotel manager and reception staffs were quite co-operative to resolve the queries. Breakfast arrangements were quite well and food was really nice. Infinit restaurant offers good option to dine in with 15% discount for checked in customers. Just one thing which i didnt like is laundry charges. It was comparatively very high. Over in all recommended hotel for family with kids."

"This hotel has great service and is situated in a good central location in the city. There is lots of delicious food nearby (if you are not too high maintenance) and the rooms are pretty and very luxurious! Good food, quick roomservice, great coffee and the rooms are large and clean. But above all, the staff is wonderful! They have a lot of information on what sites to visit and even more than that: they are kind, friendly and welcome strangers with an open heart. I would like to thank my friends Janashdan and Sachin. They were very helpful at any time of the day to help plan the sightseeing. They also have wonderful tips on the hidden treasures of beautiful Mysore. Thanks again guys"

"Great location on a quiet street, opposite is a supermarket and local fruits stall nearby and eating place nearby.  Rooms are clean, amenities not full (there is no fridge in my room).
