"Had a wonderful stay at Rio Meridian Mysore. The hotel offers excellent hospitality, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast spread, which had a great variety of fresh and tasty options. A special thanks to Executive Chef Srinivas for preparing such flavorful dishes and ensuring a great dining experience. I would also like to appreciate the exceptional service provided by the F&B staff, Ms. Chaitra and Somnath, who were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!"

"Property is extremely overpriced, they have not maintained the property, not cleaning the pool for a month it seems and the balcony pillow was completely black, no ambiance, not sufficient place to walk around inside the property also, no tourist places nearby, they don't have even basic things in the room like clean towel, telephone, toothbrush, kettle, there staff will knock the gate every 30mintues for everything since they dont have anything else to communicate. You can easily get this kind of property for 3-4k. They are taking 26k+taxes which comes to around 35k for just one day its extremely overpriced."

"Unfortunately, the standard of this hotel has declined, as I've stayed there before and have something to compare it to. This time, I didn't like the following: - the quality of service; they might simply forget to clean the room and change the towels; - they forget to bring laundry without a reminder; - I had to ask for water in the room because they simply forgot to bring it. A separate issue, which unfortunately was also present before, is the quality of the breakfasts. By the time they open and until 7:30, most of the dishes are out of stock, the omelette leaves much to be desired, there are practically no dishes for Europeans, and those that are available are quite mediocre. They don't even have vegetables for breakfast; you can either get an omelette, baked beans, boiled eggs, or oatmeal (unfortunately, they can't cook it properly). It's sad."

"We very initially very sceptical after seeing so many negative reviews on trip advisor, but we genuinely had such a wonderful experience at serai kabini. The ambience, rooms, maintenance, bathrooms, staff, food, service every thing was excellent. I would especially like to mention Mr. Sekhar, Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Ramkanth Singh. They specifically took great care and personally ensured every little thing was perfect. Overall, amazing place and great experience! Just a small suggestion: It would have been nice if there was high tea, as most people come back by 6 from safaris and other activities a little tired."

"The photos look beautiful, and the actual color scheme is also nice, but the facilities are actually a bit old. The sofa is stained, and the pillowcases are pilling. Cleanliness is good, but the room has a slight odor. Also, the noise from the chairs moving in the top-floor restaurant was quite disturbing for me, living on the third floor. I couldn't get any quiet in the mornings. The cleaning staff was also very loud talking in the hallway, and the front desk staff's service could be improved."

"artificially inflate hotel prices, which is highly disappointing. The hotel was almost empty, yet the rates were unjustifiably high. They rated this property as 3-star and tagged it as an Value Stay, but it didn’t even meet the standards of a 2-star hote I expected better transparency and quality assurance. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay booked . The hotel failed miserably in providing even the most basic facilities and services. 1. Awful Room Service: I had to call 3-4 times for small things like drinking water, which should have been easily available. 2. Horrible Restaurant Service: No one even picked up my call when I needed assistance. 3. Worst Complimentary Breakfast: They claimed breakfast would start at 7:30 AM, but it didn't start until 8:30 AM. On top of that, the quality was terrible and unappetizing. 4. Electric Issues: The floor's light started tripping when I used the electrical kettle in my room, leaving us in complete darkness for 30 minutes. This was especially distressing for my kids, who were frightened by the situation. 5. Missing Facilities: Basic amenities shown during booking, like a hairdryer, hand towels, and toilet paper, were missing. 6. Broken Fixtures: The room had broken switches and damaged bathroom fittings, which made the overall experience extremely unpleasant. This stay was an absolute nightmare. but this experience has shattered my trust. I urge them to reevaluate this hotel listing and provide accurate descriptions to avoid such horrible customer experiences. I would never recommend this property to anyone. "
