Nicely located in the British area of the city and beautiful walking areas nearby. The hotel felt cozy, neat, well managed for Covid19 protocols and very comfortable. The staff was trained well and quite professional. I had to settle a personal travel matter and the staff Mr Wang Meng Yao helped me with it. That was indeed helpful and going the extra mile. The room had nice views of Glover hills neighbourhood. The breakfast was nice and I enjoyed sitting and eating from a choice of western and Japanese food items. The Mt. Inasa ropeway bus service and tickets were available at the hotel and were very helpful indeed.Its a good choice for your day and quite a good value. Tram station is less than 2 min walking.Close of key attractions like Atomic bomb museum and the Chinatown.

I'm so impressed with the services here. They took care of us very well and made me feel that they really gave the services from the bottom of their heart, with Omotenashi! We would get stuck on the Inasayama mountain at the observation building up hill because we couldn't find the taxi back to hotel, but the staff helped us by calling the taxi and we finally got to the hotel safely! Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon
