I had a wonderful stay at Centara Korat, a new and luxurious hotel in the heart of Nakhon Ratchasima. The hotel is connected to Central Plaza, a large shopping mall with many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a modern design and a beautiful view of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of dishes, including local specialties and international cuisines. The rooftop pool was stunning, with a panoramic view. I tried The Peak, a rooftop restaurant with a romantic setting and a 180-degree view of Nakhon Ratchasima. The food were delicious and the service was impeccable. Centara Korat is a perfect place to enjoy the charm and culture of Nakhon Ratchasima. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel has just been renovated, looks new, the room is very spacious, the price is not expensive, everything is ok except for cleanliness. which is important for the hotel The floor is dirty, the headboard of the bed is thick with black dust, the bed has dust, hair, or has not been changed. There's a lot of room available on weekdays. The housekeeper isn't busy. As I walked, my feet felt a lot of dust, so I had to scrub them myself. As seen in the picture, the cloth was very black. I didn't want to call the housekeeper. It was late and I didn't believe that I would clean it if I called, so I started scrubbing and wiping the entire room myself.

I live far from the bus station. But it's convenient to travel by tricycle, clean, spacious, the bed and pillows are very soft, smells clean, and the towels and handkerchiefs are very clean. There is soap and shampoo included. The water is very warm. The toilet is comfortable to sit in and clean. The very first place to wash the bottom of the water. Spray water until it falls apart. One slight disadvantage. The refrigerator sound is a bit loud and there is no wet/dry partition in the bathroom. You must be careful when walking, it is slippery. The rest is very good.

Stayed here overnight while passing through Korat, because of its location (close to The Mall). Friendly staff. Took a ”VIP” room which was actually like a studio: 2 spacious rooms, incl kitchenette (halogen stove + microwave), big cooler, 2 airco”s. Clean & everything in good working order. Enough power plugs + small bedlamps. Only odd thing is that the shower/bath is next to the bedroom, while the toilet can only be reached through the ”living room”. Ample parking in front of the hotel. 2 minutes walk gets you in The Mall. Very good deal.

I was in Nakhon Ratchasima visiting friends when my visa was set to expire. I went to the immigration office and was told that the requirents for extending hai visa in this province were very strict and depended on establishing residence or housing while on extension. The immigration office recommended that I check into a hotel or go into Bangkok and file for the extension there. I checked into the Imperial Hotel. EM, the Front Desk Manager, who speaks excellent English very patiently worked with the Immigration office and completed the requisite forms. Upon return to the Immigration office, they called her three times to verify my occupancy at the hotel. EM very professionaly represented me during this stresful time and I was ultimately awarded the extension to my visa one day prior to the Songkran holiday when the offices would be closed beyond my visa expiration date. Em is a very professional and experienced Accomodation manager who deserves recognition for her role in helping me meet the Immigration requirements. She is an asset to the Imperial hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends based on the way that Em managed my situation.

The school is in an alley, there is a restaurant nearby. (and music and alcohol) I happened to be staying on the side of the room facing the store so I could hear the noise until quite late at night. The air conditioner in the room is not that cool. But the room is clean. The housekeeper rubbed it all the way under the bed. Cubs can play under the bed. Stayed on a Saturday night and parking was a little difficult to find. It was almost full, even though there was actually a lot of parking. In front of the school there was a coffee shop. But I didn't get to taste it because I ordered grab🤣
