I highly recommend this hotel. It is the cleanest and finest hotel I have ever been! The breakfast was fantastic! I loved the dining and the area that I could cook and eat. There were variety of food and fruits that I could enjoy. The view was also great to have a look in the morning as well as evening. Love it!

It was nice to be kind. I thought check-out would be a little late, so I asked the front desk if it was possible to extend it, and I was grateful that they would extend it for another hour free of charge.

가평인근에 럭셔리한 리조트 호텔로 이만한 곳이 없음 5층(최상층) 복층으로 된 룸을 이용하였으며 어린자녀를 둔 가족에 타겟팅 된 탓인지 헐리웃베드, 침대가드, 키즈어매니티등이 잘 갖춰져 있음. 냉장고에는 생수와 주스가 준비되어있고 드립백커피도 있음. 바닥은 카펫이 아닌 마루바닥으로 맨발로 이용 가능, 테라스는 난간이 반투명 난간이라 어린자녀는 전망을 보려면 안아줘야 함. 복층은 넓지 않지만 1명정도가 잘 수 있는 침구류가 준비 되어 있고 전기온돌이 되어있어 겨울에도 따듯. 키즈룸(별도비용)이 있어 영아부터 초등까지 할 수 있는 키즈프로그램과 실내놀이시설이 구비되어 있어서 1~3시간 정도 놀기 좋음. 호텔1층에서 이어진 강변에는 각종 조형물로 조경이 되어있고 인스타 사진찍기 좋은 사진스팟들이 있음. 겨울에는 작은 썰매장과 송어낚시등의 프로그램이 평일에도 가능. 조식은 평일엔 뷔페식이 아닌 메뉴 주문식이었는데 생각보다 퀄리티가 있으며 아메리칸블랙퍼스트부터 굴국밥/해장국까지 주문 가능. 주말에는 뷔페식으로 운영. 아쉬운점은 체크인시 리셉션에서 바로 체크인되는 것이 아닌 스마트패드에서 순서표를 뽑아 카톡알람이 오면 와서 체크인하는 방식이라 리셉션에 대기손님이 없음에도 약 15분간 대기후 체크인함. 좀 불편... 또 별도의 편의점이 없고 로비에 몇가지 주전부리등을 팔고 있는데 룸차지가 아닌 리셉션데스크에서 결제하는 시스템이라 좀 불편... 그 외 적당히 럭셔리하면서 아름다운 강변뷰, 자녀들과 편한 룸 이용. 가능

It's good and good. Location access is easy. Good condition. Parking space is wide. The big dog is so cute.

The people at the hotel spoke Japanese and were kind. There wasn't much going on around, but it wasn't too far from the station so it wasn't bad for getting around. It was nice to have Lotte Mart nearby.

The front desk service was good, and they took the initiative to change us to a larger room. The interior was newly painted, the bedding was quite new, and it was clean and hygienic. However, it was very quiet and the room was well soundproofed, so it did not affect our sleep. The location is located in Fubang Plaza, very close to our company. Every time a customer comes to the store to order, we arrange to stay here. Infinite return!

1. Location is good. However, it is a bit far from the subway, so it is not recommended on rainy days. 2. Service is good. The staff are friendly. 3. The room is spacious, but the facilities are problematic. ㆍOne side of the bed frame was cracked and making noise. If the staff sees it, please check frame number 407. ㆍYou need to clean the air conditioner more. There appears to be black mold or dust near the entrance. ㆍThe tissue boxes, ports, etc. are so old that it ruins the image of a good hotel. ㆍThe bathroom is too dark. Because of the location, it is very difficult to apply makeup. ㆍThe water sent to the rim of the bathtub completely wets the floor. Although it was a structural problem, it was inconvenient in many ways. ㆍThe bathroom is the biggest problem. There is a large gap at the bottom of the door and where the central axis is, allowing sounds and smells to spread into the room. This is an issue that the hotel must be aware of. ㆍThe noise is a bit loud. In addition to hearing noises from the hallway, it may be difficult for sensitive people to hear cell phones vibrating or conversations in the next room. Overall, I think it would be a much better hotel if the hotel took more care and repaired it.

a bit old

The room condition was better than last year! I tend to use it every year because it is close to SRT Suseo Station and has easy access to Gangnam and Songpa. There is ample parking and the room interior is modern and clean. There are many good restaurants nearby and you can also order delivery. I plan to visit again!
