"The room is OK size but it has got a bath and shower which is a good thing. The location is kinda perfect as it is in the city centre. The Gym is basically a small room with 2 yoga matts. There is a sauna tho which we did not bother to use it as it has not got any shower nearby and it is like 5 minutes walk to get back to the room."

"Oda ve otel gerçekten temizdi. Erişilebilir bir konumda yer alıyor. Tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde. Personel gerçekten çok cana yakın ve çok yardımseverdi. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri gerçekten kolaydı ve oradaki konaklamamdan çok keyif aldım. Gerçekten çevre bilincine sahip olmalarını gerçekten takdir ettiğim bir şey. Herkesin dikkat etmesi gereken bir şey, diş fırçası ve diş macununun sunulmaması. Ayrıca, daha iyi olabilecek bazı küçük şeyler, havlular için korkulukların çıkıyor gibi görünmesi. "La ubicación es inmejorable. El hotel aceptable, ideal para dormir y salir a recorrer la ciudad. Está en el barrio Bouffay, lleno de bares y restaurantes típicos."

"At arrival we were welcomed by Anthony who helped us entering the street of the pedestrian zone and the parking lot. Fortunately there were still parking spaces , there are 10 in total, if available it is free. That’s a plus! What a service. He helped us check in show us around. When our safe has a technical failure he sorted a solution providing a new one. The hotel is in the middle of the centre 2 minutes from La Cigale. Good breakfast with self service nespresso coffee and the best madeleine. What disappointed me was the inappropriate frugality of the amenities. Why one bottle of 500 ml mineral water while we are with 2 persons? How much does this cost? And used Rituals toiletries from previous guests? Seriously in a 4 star hotel. When questioning they came with 2 new mini bottles but in the end give me one new bottle to replace the half used one. Why so stingy? When informing it was because of sustainability and to prevent waste. A good cause but why bothering using mini toiletries at all and not change to use only large bottles of refillables? It feels a bit half-hearted and unable to choose between customer service and thriftiness."

"가성비가 아주 좋았어요! 엄청 깔끔했고 난방도 잘 작동해서 춥지 않았어요. 다만 화장실 문이 고장나서 닫을 수가 없었어요. 친구들끼리 간 여행이라 큰 문제는 없었어요. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔고 취사 시설이 있어서 요리해먹을 수 있었어요! 호텔에서 제공해주는 티백도 잘 마셨어요 :) It was very clean, very warm, and you can cook there. It was a perfect hotel for the cheap price. But the bathroom door wasn’t able to close completely which was not a big problem. The tea provided by the hotel was really nice as well!"

"I checked in and when I went to the room I was assigned, there was somebody already in there! So I had to go back down with all my things to get another room. Also there was a guy who was drunk or mentally unstable (or both) in reception who was bothering guests (including me) and the staff did not do anything to get rid of him. Once I finally got my own room it was small but comfortable & clean enough, although the double bed was in fact two singles pushed together, so the bed was not as comfortable as it could be and would be bad for couples. Overall I was disappointed by the experience."

"Отель берёт депозит только с банковской карты. Возвращает долго. В номере не оказалось фена. Пришлось просить 3 раза и только на третий раз принесли. На 1 ночь максимум. Но больше збесь не остановлюсь. Сервис не очень."
