The best thing of the hotel is the location, just next to Toledo station. The room hasn’t been taken care properly. If there is someone next to your room you can probably hear most things, you can hear every time they use the blinds. We got a room with skull cranes decoration and catacombs. Would be nice if they put a high chair on the window to enjoy the street view with a coffee. Overall is an ok stay

This suite (or rather a room) is centrally located on Via Toledo. It is safe as there are multiple guards in the building. It’s a mix of local residents and Airbnb-type of accommodation. The place is quite funky as it features a huge bath tub in the living room, with the view over Via Toledo! (We never used it.) There’s a reception person during the day but you can arrange the key outside regular hours. It’s easy to communicate with the suite and they are helpful in giving tips re: parking or restaurants. A very good option if you need a place to stay in Napoli.

The room was nice, little tired in need of some tlc. Extremely loud room due to paper thin walls and poor door seals to loud street.

Great location overlooking one of the busy, pedestrianised main streets. We had the balcony room which was nice! Room was spacious and clean enough. Beds didn’t feel comfy initially but were fine to sleep in. There is a small communal area for people to use which allowed for free hot drinks but we didn’t. Would recommend for a short stay with the need for somewhere to sleep

It may be a little difficult to locate the hotel but after that you’ll need a cover and ear plugs to sleep. Other that, you’re in a great location to get every where Naples!!

A well equipped hotel in the middle of via Toledo. Very convinient.
The room was very dusty, otherwise it would have been perfect.

Stay was good , excellent location. Staff was great specially Brisilda who was always there trying to help for even small things . She is really hard working girl always smiling and ready to help . She recommended me great trattoria and we had a lively experience .

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was ideal for accessing public transport. There are lots of options for food right outside the hotel. Communication was excellent, our questions were answered really quickly via the ******* app. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. If you are a light sleeper take earplugs with you for sleeping as Naples is a very busy city!
