"Cheap stay in naples before we headed down towards Sorrento. Naples is a classic city, very busy lots of traffic and quite unique to naples the constant beeping of the horns. Which would wake you on a weekday morning. We walked into the centre and it’s hustle and bustle. The plus points room was comfortable, tea coffee and snacks complimentary, security of the building was great and very close to the airport for a quick taxi to the room. I would not recommend getting a hire car as there is no where to park. Negatives Shower tray leaked out the door, towels provided sorted this. The kettle still had water in and needed a clean. For a cheap stay near the airport with family, this is perfect!"

"During my stay, I brought a regular pizza with no unpleasant or strong odors and planned to eat it inside my hotel room. However, your front desk staff informed me that eating takeaway food in the room was not allowed. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in nearly a hundred hotels worldwide, and I have never encountered such an unreasonable rule for ordinary odorless food. This regulation was not mentioned at check-in or during my booking process, which made me very confused. To follow your rule, I chose to finish my pizza in the hotel lobby. After I finished eating, I could not find any trash bins inside the lobby. I then asked the same front desk staff where I could dispose of my garbage. Surprisingly, he told me that I had to go outside the hotel to throw it away. After I searched the surrounding area and still could not find a bin, he simply guided me to a public trash bin about ten meters outside the hotel entrance without any further help. I paid 300 euros per night for a four-star hotel and expected professional and thoughtful service. For a standard four-star hotel, a staff member with basic professional training should offer to help guests dispose of small trash. Even if he was alone at the front desk, he could have asked a colleague to cover the reception temporarily, as the trash bin was only a very short distance away. The staff’s name sounded like Vanef. For identification purposes only, this staff member is a heavyset male. This description is purely to help you locate the on-duty employee and is not intended as any form of disrespect or offense. I am extremely disappointed with his service attitude and strongly doubt his professional competence and basic hospitality training. His service standard is completely inconsistent with the reputation and star level of your hotel."

"Bu oteli odanın muhteşem manzarası nedeniyle tercih ettim ve vardığımda gerçekten çok etkilendim… Ancak, Napoli'yi keşfetmek istiyorsanız, şehir merkezine biraz uzak. Napoli Merkez İstasyonu'ndan dört duraklık tren yolculuğu yaptık ve teleferik Pazar grevi veya başka nedenlerden dolayı kapalıydı, bu yüzden oraya ulaşmak için uzun bir yürüyüş yapmak zorunda kaldık. Otelde kahvaltı kişi başı 8 € ve isteğe bağlı… Ertesi gün Pompeii'ye gideceğimiz için Mergellina istasyonundan direkt tren var, bu da uygun ve aktarma gerektirmiyor. Otelin ayrıca çok güzel bir restoranı var. Kısacası, otelden manzara kesinlikle nefes kesici ve oda büyük olmasa da yeterli. Çıkış yaparken, otelin dışındaki taksi durağından Mergellina istasyonuna taksiyle gittik ve şoför bizden 10 € aldı. Neredeyse 20 dakika tırmanmamızı göz önünde bulundurursak, bunun pahalı mı yoksa normal mi olduğunu bilmiyorum! 😹😻😹"

"The most important thing first, the wifi is horrible and will often disconnect. It is actually the worst hotel wifi I had ever had in my life. Unacceptable for a hotel in such a good location and this price. The location is very central in Naples. Cleanliness wise there was some weird smell in the room. And much worse smell in the halls. It looks clean though but bd smell is just very unpleasant. Would not recommend this place."

"I BOOKED THE ROOM WITH FULL PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT IN AUGUST, ON THE DAY OF MY STAY JUST 10 MINUTES BEFORE 3:00 PM (ROOM DELIVERY TIME) I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE PROPERTY THAT THEY COULD NOT DELIVER THE ROOM TO ME AND THAT THEY WOULD MOVE ME TO A NEARBY PROPERTY. AFTER SEVERAL DISCUSSIONS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT TO MY CREDIT CARD AND THAT THE PARTNER PROPERTY HAD TO PAY IT AGAIN, ASKING ME TO FILL OUT A FORM WITH THE NUMBERS FROM MY CARD. I WOULD FIRST NOTE THAT THE PROPERTY IS ACTUALLY AN APARTMENT DIVIDED INTO ROOMS IN A BUILDING DOMICILIATED BY ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT."
