The rooms are modern, clean, spacious, tastefully furnished, and have high ceilings. The welcome snacks are excellent, and the in-room coffee and tea maker is ready to use, already stocked with capsules. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was excellent. The terrace is the real highlight."

Transportation was not as convenient as those located beneath the hill but the view made it wrothy for the walk. May take cable car instead if in rush. Breakfast included variety of food, taste was okay."

"We booked this hotel for our last night in Italy since we had a 6AM flight the following morning. What they don't tell you, is that they are located in a pedestrian zone and that the GPS will guide you into alleyways that you are not supposed to be on. When talking to the front desk it is park in a garage and walk to the place with your luggage. We needed to drop off the rental car since we had a 6AM flight the next day. It took TWO HOURS to drive to the airport and drop off the rental car due to traffic. I talked to the front desk again and told them that it is now after 6PM and to get back to the hotel would be another nightmare. I was told to take a cab or bus and deal with it. I then asked to cancel and I booked another hotel right near the airport, and was told that they would keep my money since I cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. If their property description would have said that they are in a pedestrian zone, we would have booked elsewhere. False advertising and they don't care. To them, it is all about the money. I have no idea what the property is like nor do I care since I will never stay here after this experience."

"Bad experience. The property informed us 10 minutes before we were due to check in that they couldn't offer our stay because the toilet was clogged, and later the outside window was broken. Always unclear, I'll start by saying that the property is an apartment divided into rooms. They directed us to another property, telling us we'd have to pay again and fill out a form with all our personal and credit card information, which, at my lawyer's suggestion, I refused to provide. A bad experience, not to be repeated. I do not recommend."
