"Temizlik: Biraz tozlu. Çevre: Manzara güzel, ancak havaalanına, hızlı tren istasyonuna ve şehir merkezindeki alışveriş bölgelerine çok uzak. Hizmet: Otelden memnun kalmasam da, personel oldukça güler yüzlüydü. Olanaklar: Ay ışığı altında uyumak (resimlere bakın) bana çocukken büyükannemin evini hatırlattı. O zamanlar karartma perdeleri yoktu, bu yüzden gün ışığıyla birlikte uyanırdınız. Balkonda karartma panelleri vardı, ancak çıkarılamıyorlardı. Oda son derece küçüktü, neredeyse bir Japon oteli gibiydi, ancak o kadar eski ve modası geçmişti ki, telefonumun hafızasını boşa harcamamak için fotoğraf çekmedim."

"This hotel listing was very deceptive. This is barely a hotel and is run more like a shared apartment. Take your money and business elsewhere!!! Check-in: Despite being in contact with the reception for a week before arrival, we received no instructions. During the regular check-in window, no one was there to check us or another couple of guests in. They can remotely open the door for you to enter which is helpful, but also a major safety issue. They opened the wrong room for us and we walked into a room with other guests items all over the room. Room: The room itself is fine, but not worth the price. There was only a top sheet on the bed and although we found a duvet tucked away, it was not covered with a duvet cover and was stained, making it impossible to use in a hygienic manner. The bathroom lights are also automatic so if you use the restroom or shower for longer than 2 minutes- expect to do so in the dark. Noise: There is a regular drum performer at a restaurant directly below room 2 and 3’s window facing the view that is extremely loud. When I asked the manager on WhatsApp she says this is common and goes until midnight on most occasions. This would have been nice to know in advance and once again- totally not worth the price for a room that is unusable until midnight. Deceptive listing: Overall the listing is quite deceptive promising a regular hotel experience with “concierge” and “luggage storage.” The luggage storage option was just to leave your bags out in the open. Since we saw no staff on site the entire first day and night of our stay, you are trusting your bags with anyone who may waltz through the property. We took ours with us to avoid the risk. The concierge service is absolutely a lie. The only contact we had with anyone prior to check out was all over WhatsApp."

"Suite with pool and sauna was okay. Breakfast room had ants on the floor and table. Rude receptionist. Location, aside from the beautiful garden, was surrounded by buildings and unclean streets."

"The most important thing first, the wifi is horrible and will often disconnect. It is actually the worst hotel wifi I had ever had in my life. Unacceptable for a hotel in such a good location and this price. The location is very central in Naples. Cleanliness wise there was some weird smell in the room. And much worse smell in the halls. It looks clean though but bd smell is just very unpleasant. Would not recommend this place."

"Apartment is nice but service is dire. Held my friends deposit for way longer than expected. Someone knocked on the door to check the room about 30 mins after we has checked in, why not do that before we check in.....we was in bed! It took weeks of chasing to get the deposit money back."
