This is a great place to stay a night or two. Very clean and spacious room. Antonella was amazing at check-in and provided some great recommendations and even gave me her number in case I had any other questions. The location is close to Spaccanapoli which was the main highlight of our visit. I wouldn’t recommend driving here as the streets are INSANE and the parking lot nearby charged us 40€ for less than 24 hours.

Great location. Very close to metro station. The location is safe regarding to other regions in Napoli. The staff, especially Francesco, is very helpful and friendly. I think the rooms were not that clean. There were little ants in the bathroom. The main problem was that the building was very old. Also, beds were a little uncomfortable.

The hotel is located 5 minute walk from Museo metro station. The neighbourhood is in the historic centre of Naples. It's got quite an urban vibe and there's loads of graffiti everywhere. Bare in the mind the hotel was on the 3rd floor, and we weren't aware that you need to pay 50 cent Euro to get into the smallest lift (2 people max) if you want to use it, which in my opinion should have been mentioned on the website as i didn't have any cash on me as Europe tends to be mostly contactless. The front desk is usually empty, but they provide you the keys to your room and the doors to get in and out of the hotel. I was mostly surprised that the free breakfast included was outside on the opposite side of the hotel at a cafe called 'Karma Cafe' and the breakfast was very limited so you don't have much options I'm afraid which was a shame. Also the hotel only provided clean towels after every 2 days but i wasn't having that and was getting fresh towels everyday. Lastly no iron available incase you needed to know. Overall stay was good, spacious room and walking distance to city centre is very close and loads of bars and restaurants near by.

My mum and I stayed in La Smorfia on our last night in Naples and we had a wonderful time. It’s a really quirky, lovely hotel with a lift that’s like something out of a film and a little door inside a bigger door to get in. Such a cool place, really lovely rooms and service too. Definitely recommend

Great place to stay when visiting Napoli!! Rooms were clean and the team at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location is great and has excellent restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here.

Sublime all the way. I cannot fathom a better way to experience the birthplace of the pizza.

Francesco checked us in and was excellent. Very helpful with tour options and restaurants.

The Staff - Serena and Antonella (sorry if I spelled their names incorrectly) - were super helpful and sweet. The room was pretty basic, but clean. Some areas of the room should be repainted. The one thing that I was unaware of was that you had to use a small elevator to get up to the hotel (which is more like a B&B or upscale hostel), where only one person can bring up the luggage AND you need to pay 0.50 Euros for each ride. The bed was uncomfortable and the room needs another set of pillows,so that each person has two pillows. This property was good for one night and for the price, but unfortunately, I will not go back to this property the next time I am in Napoli.
