B&B Art House

Very comfortable and good value hotel. The location is great for getting around the old city and within super comfortable walking distance of the main station for day trips. The rooms have been decorated well and are in good condition. Lots of great places to eat nearby too,

Not for the faint hearted The location is sort of ok but you need to be aware of your surroundings. Once we found a route to the station we could then find the waterfront walk and bars about an hour away. This is not a location to wander around of an evening if you dont stay on the main street. We did find a great spot full of restaurants but you need to find it! The B and B communication was via whats app and getting into the building and then room on our first night was unpleasant. There was no bfst but we got vouchers for a small kiosk that did great coffee and lovely croissants. Room was ok but we never got the safe to work. Cleaning was sporadic and bed was made on our last day! The coffee machine leaked so if you filled it with water it poured out the back! I dont think Naples is on our return list but thats not the B and B fault

Our room was extremely noisy al night due to traffic and poor room insulation. Most rooms were very noisy according to other guests. There was no WIFI and we understood from other guests that lack of it was a regular situation. The Manager was extremely unhelpful.

L'appartamento è molto accogliente e super centrale. Eravamo nel cuore della città! In più la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Molto pulito!

Camera comodissima e situata in una zona perfetta. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo. I strongly recommend!!!! Vicina a tutte le pizzerie più buone, alle chiese che volevamo visitare e ai musei. Poi c’è la metro che ti collega subito alle altre zone. Molto contenta! :)

Semplicemente pessimo!!!!!!!!!! Sconsigliatissimo!!!!!!!! Rumorosissimo, stanze sulla strada, attenzione non si dorme!!!!! B&B senza colazione, ma che B&B è????? Questo lo si può considerare un affittacamere e non come B&B. L'unica nota positiva la posizione.

Posizione sicuramente molto comoda sia rispetto alla stazione (raggiungibile a piedi velocemente) sia rispetto al centro. Peccato che: non c’è personale ed è tutto gestito tramite codici di ingresso. La domenica non fanno le pulizie, peccato che nessuno ci aveva informato. Avevamo finito la carta igienica e abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno seguente per riaverla. Sapone e doccia schiuma microscopici e di scarsa qualità’. Le prese e le luci non funzionavano tutte. Pulizia scadente, a terra parecchi capelli (non nostri). Inoltre se si ha bisogno del deposito bagagli bisogna recarsi nei loro uffici ( 2 fermate di metro e un pezzo a piedi non banale con le valigie) tra l’altro in una zona diversa e scomoda rispetto alla stazione. Questo non era segnalato quando abbiamo prenotato. Alla fine noi abbiamo lasciato le valigie a un deposito bagagli a nostre spese vicino al B&B. Dicono che la camera è insonorizzata mentre invece sembra di dormire in mezzo alla strada con rumori continui. Il prezzo che abbiamo pagato è stato veramente eccessivo rispetto a quello che abbiamo trovato.

Reservation Opodo en main, l'hôtelier nous informe ne pas avoir de réservation à notre nom et nous renvoie peu aimablement vers Opodo qui lui confirme notre réservation. L'hôtelier ne veut rien savoir et nous demande de quitter les lieux. Il ne nous a pas proposé un simple verre d'eau pour patienter et lorsque nous lui avons demandé de laisser nos bagages chez lui le temps de trouver un autre hôtel il nous a refusé cette demande et nous à demandé de partir. Bref, nul en réservation, nul et accueil et n'a rien à faire dans le domaine du tourisme (pour commencer dans ce domaine il convient déjà de parler au moins l'anglais et pas seulement l'italien) ! Cette adresse est à fuir absolument si vous souhaitez être bien reçus et éviter de vous retrouver dans la rue avec vos bagages.

L’établissement est impersonnel et peu accueillant. L’arrivée s’effectue de manière autonome avec des clés électroniques. Malheureusement le système est peu efficace. Nous avons mis 15 minutes pour arriver à ouvrir les portes. La même chose s’est produite le lendemain avec d’autres voyageurs. Une fois dans la chambre, il n’y avait pas d’électricité. La personne que nous avons eu au téléphone ne savait pas quoi faire pour nous aider. Elle nous a dit qu’elle nous rappellerais, chose qu’elle n’a pas fait. Nous avons finalement trouvé la boîte électrique et remis les disjoncteurs à « on ». Cet hôtel n’offre aucun petit déjeuner. Il est situé à quelques minutes de la gare sur une rue où la circulation automobile est importante. L’insonorisation est absente donc pensez à prendre des bouchons pour les oreilles. À aucun moment nous avons vu ou parlé avec un membre du personnel. Le seul contact que nous avons eu fut un message envoyé la veille de notre départ pour nous dire qu’il fallait quitter la chambre pour 10:00. Avec un peu de chance vous pourriez vivre une toute autre expérience que la notre… La struttura è impersonale e poco accogliente. L'arrivo avviene in modo autonomo con chiavi elettroniche. Purtroppo il sistema è poco efficiente. Abbiamo impiegato 15 minuti per arrivare ad aprire le porte. La stessa cosa è successa il giorno dopo con altri viaggiatori. Una volta in camera non c'era elettricità. La persona che avevamo al telefono non sapeva cosa fare per aiutarci. Ci ha detto che ci avrebbe richiamato, cosa che non ha fatto. Abbiamo finalmente trovato la scatola elettrica e riportato gli interruttori a «on». Questo hotel non offre colazione. Si trova a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria su una strada dove il traffico automobilistico è importante. L'insonorizzazione è assente, quindi prendi i tappi per le orecchie. In nessun momento abbiamo visto o parlato con un membro dello staff. L'unico contatto che abbiamo avuto è stato un messaggio inviato il giorno prima della nostra partenza per dirci che era necessario lasciare la stanza per 10:00.
