Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très sympathique.
Des espaces détente au rez de chaussée, très sympa.
La chambre était très bien, salle de bain un peu étroite mais ce n'est pas grave.
Par contre on aurait apprécié un bouilloire avec thé etc... dans la chambre.
Le petit déjeuner est correct, même si la quantité de boisson chaude est un peu juste.
En résumé je recommande cet hôtel.

Hotel is located in a good part of the town with great access to metro and harbor with 24 hour front desk. staff were friendly and cooperative. Room was clean and there was a maid service every day. breakfast was served in a room that they had built on the roof and had a view. breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, toast, cheese, sandwich meat, fresh orange juice, pastry, serial, etc. the only problem we had during our stay was the internet. it was slow and shotty. during day several times it would disconnect, and when it was connected it was very slow. the only time we could use it was in middle of night when other guests were sleep.

Michelle at front reception was kind, professional and informative. He provided excellent guidance on sights near and far. Despite the fact that we arrived well before check-in time he made us feel welcome. He even offered us a choice of room/floor, pointing out that one was quieter than the other. All staff were outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous.

We stayed for one night. Our room was clean and we had a quiet stay. The toilets are finicky. They don’t flush- you have to try to flush it several times for it to work.

The good parts:
Friendly staff, good location, clean room, nice view from the breakfast.
The bad parts:
Noisy AC/ventilation made it hard to sleep, cigarette smoke from neighbouring rooms made it hard to breathe. Quite expensive for what you get.

Staff all very helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was good. They organised a taxi to get us to the airport. The only downside was that we couldn’t control our own air conditioning and if we opened the windows it could be quite noisy from outside

The front desk staff, Michele, Fabio and the lady working afternoon/evenings went above and beyond to take great care of us with parking, dining recommendations, room accommodations etc. They were always very helpful, friendly and professional. The location was easy to walk everywhere especially to the Port to catch the ferries! We would stay here again!

The hotel is situated in a great location to explore the old city and Spanish quarters. The rooms are compact and cosy and we had a room with a balcony, which is great for watching the world go by and embracing city life. The air conditioning controls are a little confusing and the room can became a little stuffy, we like to sleep with the window open, which was patio doors on this occasion and some people may find the outside noise a little distracting. The hotel has a lovely roof top seating area, and breakfast area. The Lemon cake served at breakfast is definitely worth a second serving and is very tasty.

Perfect location between old and new city. Also near both harbour and train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast on rooftop terrace. Only reason for not scoring a 5 was the air conditioning that we couldn’t get to work.
