very nice and spacious room at a good location (close to via Toledo), clean and with very nice and helpful owners. Walking distance to metro station and to the port, many stores and restuarants close by The breakfast could be better - needs more fresh options The elevator is is the weak point of this otherwise great place

Thank you to Giovanni for such an amazing stay.
The room was beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail and very clean. The breakfast was lovely and communication was excellent.
There were many fabulous restaurants within a few minutes' walk of the accommodation and the transfer service to the airport was very efficient and reasonably priced,

The San Mattia is a small hotel in two floors of a centuries old building in the Spanish Quarter of Naples. It’s in a great location, very near shopping, restaurants and within a 15 minute walk of many of the “must see” sights of Naples. Our room was very nicely furnished with high ceilings and extremely tall windows overlooking the street below. It was also very quiet. Our breakfast was left each morning in the hallway just outside our room. The hosts were helpful, responsive, and very accommodating , especially when we had technical problems with the initial booking. We highly recommend the Residence San Mattia.

We had such a lovely time in this chic and characteristic place. The frescoes, furniture, bed, details, ceramic tiles... Authentic beauty everywhere! Our hosts were kind and helpful and we felt quite welcome. This gem is found in the heart of a bustling Naples and is a peaceful oasis for any traveler.

This is really very nice. A building in old town, tastefully renovated and decorated. Equipment is new and works great. The room is much bigger than you could hope to find at comparable rates in a hotel. Self-contained, breakfast items available. Very central and spotlessly clean

Solo l’accoglienza del dott.Maurizio merita da se il massimo delle stelle. La struttura é bellissima e curata nei minimi particolari La camera con soffitti affrescati é grandissima e ha un letto comodo Il bagno é moderno e funzionale La pulizia é impeccabile Colazione abbondante con prodotti di qualità Ubicazione strategica nel cuore di Napoli a pochi passi da via Toledo e da piazza Plebiscito Consigliatissimo! Bellissima esperienza passata nel residence San Mattia. La camera è meravigliosa con un affresco antico sul soffitto e con tutti i comfort che possono servire (TV, condizionatore, microonde, frigo, macchina caffè, tavolino ecc..). Colazione buonissima e servita in camera. Proprietari accoglienti e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato!

Isäntä oli avulias ja piti huolta kaikesta. Paikka oli enempi Bed and Breakfast tyylinen paikka kuin hotelli. Huone oli iso ja hieno, vaikkakin lattiat olivat todella likaiset. Ilmastointi oli todella tehokas ka ja huoneen sai hyvin pimeäksi. Aamupala oli kiva syödä omassa huoneessa, mutta olisin kaivannut aamupalle jotain tuoretta ja parempaa kahvia. Sijainti
