Santa Chiara Inn

엘레베이터가 없어 꼭대기 층까지 걸어올라가야 합니다. 캐리어를 갖고 오신 분들은 조금 힘드실 것 같아요. 숙소 내부는 깔끔했으나 생각했던 것보다 너무 작았습니다. 위치는 나쁘지 않습니다. 하지만 골목에 있어 밤에는 너무 위험할 것 같습니다.

Staying three weeks in Rome and decided to make a quick visit (literally, on the Frecchiarossa!) to Naples. Santa Chiara Inn was perfect for our stay. Great (and quiet) location for sightseeing. Large, clean, and tastefully-furnished rooms. Nice little bar down the road for an apertivo (Pin8). Plus Sandro and Gennaro were terrific and helpful hosts! Will recommend to others.

First impression when arriving to the Inn was - not a nice neighborhood. But after settling in, we discovered this was not the case. The Inn is very centrally located in relation to Old Town. Nice, fairly big room and very clean. Note however it's located on 3. floor and no lift, so not best choice with heavy luggage. Breakfast is very Italian an consists of a cup of coffee and a croissant served at a very little but cosy bar close to the Inn.

This is a really lovely place which we found at very short notice. Run by Gennaro and his uncle Sandro, it's right next to the Santa Chiara monastery complex, one of the nicest places in the historic centre. Spotlessly clean with a fabulous large shower and large room, safe and mini-bar. We recommend highly!

Amazing hosts, they were extremely helpful and kind. The B&B is very well located, super clean and cozy. The breakfast is very good in a really nice and authentic bar next to the hotel where the host is very friendly and the coffee is delicious.

The main issue I found with the room was the lack of hot water, which is insane to think about how, in 2023 there isn't steaming hot water in the shower, the water at best was lukewarm. We did inform the owner the next day when we spoke to him at reception and he said he would have a look at the water temperature but when we got back after exploring Naples all day the water temperature was still the same, nothing had changed so, to be honest with you this did ruin our experience of the inn and for that reason, I won't be staying here again. Furthermore, we had to pay the city tax in cash which was inconvenient because I prefer using my card wherever I go on holiday and I never take out cash when I'm on holiday but they insisted on us paying with cash, which I thought they were being difficult as we stayed in Hotels on my our Italian tour in Palermo and Rome and none of they expect us to pay the city tax in cash. And one more thing there isn't a lift in the building so beware of that as it's not made clear on the reservation.

A super little hotel close to the old centre. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable and shower voluminous. Gennaro was most helpful enabling self check in late evening. The only issue is that it's a climb of 69 steps to get to floor, so if you're not particularly active, this might be a challenge! Highly recommended.

Nice Bed & Breakfast in the center of historical part of Napoli. Owners are nice and very helpful. Very conviniently located. Very neat and clean. Modern toilets and bathroom. What else to say to get to the 200 minimum characters? I think I said it all already

The inn is very lovely to stay at. The room was amazing, especially the walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. Gennaro was always pleasant and smiling, and even helped us carry our luggage up the stairs when we arrived. He also gave advice for getting around the city. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Napoli!
