Relais Antica Napoli

Lovely bright spacious room. Bed was very comfortable and slept v well. The bathroom smelt as the bathmat definitely needed to be replaced. The breakfast was not in the building but a little cafe down the street. I really enjoyed it it the coffee was v good and nice fresh croissant.

The property comprises an apar**ent on the fourth floor. The entrance contained the garbage wheely bins of the fish restaurant next door. For breakfast we were sent to a shabby bar for a coffee and croissant. Had we known breakfast was not on the premises we would have preferred not to pay for a 'buffet breakfast' and chosen a better bar. The bathmat was solied and had not been changed after previous guests. We paid for a superior room which was large but there was mould on the wall of the shower. The room shook from time to time.

We had a lovely stay at Sergio's B&B. The B&B is on the 4th floor (elevator available), and has an authentic romantic a**osphere. Our room had a tiny balkony with a nice view on the Napolitan hectical traffic. Our room was spacious and calm, no noice from anywhere, we slept like a baby! Sergio is a perfect kind host. He's available all day and has an answer to all your questions. Typical Italian breakfast with good coffee. Good fish restaurant right under the B&B and many small trattoria in the street. Only 10min by cab from the airport. We definitely recommend Sergio and his lovely B&B when planning a trip to lovely Napoli with truly the best pizza and Baba al Rhum in the world!

The room was elegant, big and quiet. Even if the building is 400 years old, like many Italian buildings, we had all the necessary comfort, and, important to know, everything inside is new as the business was opened a few months ago. The bathroom was modern, big and had all the amenities. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable, and I am quite difficult on this topic, as I have back problems. The room has air conditioned, and that was very useful even at the end of September, as daily temperatures were around 27 - 30 degrees Celsius. The rooms were at the 4th floor, but the building has an elevator, which is a plus as it is rare for historic buildings. Note: this is not a hotel, it is a bed & breakfast - important for other travelers which may have other expectations. Sergio, the host, was amazing - very polite, always there and eager to help with advice. Cleanliness - impeccable. Location - good, around 15 min walk to the commercial center of the city, restaurants around, pharmacies, parking spaces.

Situato al quarto piano di un palazzo fatiscente, che si affaccia su una via traficatissima gia dalle prime ore del giorno, al quale si accede attraverso un cortile maleodorante di pesce ( ci si aggirano gli inservienti del vicino ristorante), il relais non si presenta come potete vedere dalle belle foto di booking. Il sito di questo B&B onoltre non è raggiungibile, questo già la dice lunga. Le camere sono arredate in stile barocco, pur se pulite, sono piuttosto malconce. Bagno piccolo e l'asta della nostra doccia era rotta ( rimasta tale per tre giorni, avvisato il concierge ci ha risposto: "lo so".) Io sciacquone del water andava spinto più volte perché continuava a far scendere acqua, la tenda della camera, era rotta abbiamo dovuto chiudere gli scuri, anche di giorno per un po di privacy visto il palazzo di fronte. Letto con maestosa spalliera ( a cui mancavano 3 bottoni) cigolante. Muffa in bagno e vicino la portafinestra. Ma veramente la cosa più sconcertante è la colazione! Il relais è convenzionato con un bar, gestito da un ragazzo, il locale è privo di qualsiasi possibilità di poter servire del mangiare senza lattosio. Purtroppo avendo questo problema sono andata il giorno prima ad assicurarmi di poter fare colazione, mi ha tranquillizzato dicendomi che ci sarebbero state cose salate, senza latte né burro. Macché la prima mattina ho fatto colazione con un bicchiere di latte d'avena e un succo ACE, ci doveva essere una spremuta d'arancia ma non c'era, il secondo giorno sapendo che comunque sarei tornata do nuovo a far colazione, ho bevuto solo l ACE perché il latte d'avena era quasi finito e di nuovo niente spremuta. Purtroppo la mia non è una fissazione o una scelta di vita, è una malattia, per questo mi ero premunita il giorno prima raccomandandomi di poter mangiare. Bastava poco..! una bottiglia di zymil e un cornetto del supermercato senza latte né burro. Sollecito il proprietario ad organizzarsi meglio, il fenomeno delle allergie sta aumentando e siamo in molti. E faccia i complimenti al fotografo...magari faccia inserire pure la foto del cortile, sarei curiosa di vedere come riesce a migliorarlo.

El hotel queda en un 4 piso con un ascensor que mide 1x1 diminuto la entrada es muy fea y no es clara en absoluto. Te podrías perder muy fácil por lo cual no me parece que este tipo de hospedajes esten en Booking catalogados como hoteles. La cama terrible es mejor dormir en el piso es mas suave el piso que la cama. La cama sonaba cada vez que te movías. El baño es más grande que la habitación es diminuta. Es un departamento grande que lo hicieron "hotel". La zona es bastante fea. No lo recomiendo para nada.
