Mara Frontier Hotel ★★

📍 Bomet road, Narok Town

"We had a great stay. Shower was warm, good pressure, room perfectly clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast a nice, typical Kenyan hotel breakfast (cake was good!). We stopped off here for one night, then extended our stay for an additional night, as the hotel were able to arrange a spontaneous safari for us at less than 12 hours notice (recommend!!) . Staff were so helpful, couldn’t do more to help us. (Even stored our cheese and freezer blocks in the fridge/freezer overnight). parking was secure. We booked direct with the hotel, via WhatsApp and email, (got the details from their website), they sent us their price list directly and it was cheaper than any online price. It was 50% of the cost of the other place we looked at in Narok online, and quality was fine. We would stay again if passing through."

"The hotel is located In narok town not far away from the main road.i stayed in their apartment which had four rooms, and a common area which had a TV.They have strong WiFi that is accessible through out the hotel.the rooms have hot showers and are very clean The apartment was 20000kshs and they have other categories of rooms which are very affordable.Their food is good and fresh.i slept there as I was going to masaai mara.i would recommend the place as it is in town next to big shopping areas like supermarkets. I have few photos because most are in form of videos"

Lynson Africa Resort ★★★

📍 BOMET ROAD, Narok Town

"It's a well-maintained facility. It was tidy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, but lacked training. The food wasn't that good; everything was ready-made and covered with foil, and the taste wasn't great either. The breakfast wasn't anything special either. The fruit was very good, though. Okay for a stopover."

Mara Frontier Hotel ★★
"The restaurant and the food was very good. At the dinner payment, the waiter claimed the travel credit card charge did not go through and exercised the card again. I received email confirmation about every charge, and at breakfast next day I disputed the double charge, showing the emails. The management promised to cancel the second, incorrect charge, although they never did it. I was forced to stop the payment through the bank, that is more cumbersome. Be cautious when the waiter make the magic with your card, especially if you have a short stay, and have no chance to dispute the faulty charge."
