"I had booked a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking room. When I inquired, I was unilaterally told, 'It's a smoking room, that often happens with overseas websites,' without any attempt to resolve the issue or apologize. In fact, I felt like I was being blamed. The smell of cigarettes was even embedded in the towels, which was disgusting. The air conditioning was noisy and even on the lowest setting, the airflow was too strong, which made me feel unwell. The view, however, was beautiful, with the sea sparkling in the morning sun. Although I didn't feel like using it this time, the complimentary drink service at the front desk seemed very good value. While it lacked a luxurious feel, it had a rustic and warm charm. If it weren't for the smoking room and the front desk's response, I would have been satisfied with this hotel."

"It was higher than I expected and the climb was difficult, but the view was nice and the room was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. We also used the SPA (outdoor bath) and it was very comfortable, helping to relieve the fatigue of our travels. The water, toilet and bath in the room were a little old-fashioned and difficult to use. The room key and SPA locker key also seemed a little old. It was a shame that the women's SPA could not see outside. We were able to refresh ourselves by taking a walk in the evening and morning and looking at the sea. Thank you very much."
