"It was a good hotel that offered meticulous hospitality and various experiences. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the doorman and treated by professional and friendly staff. Since I stayed for multiple nights, I received savvy club benefits from the hotel, including late check-out, lunch, and a gift certificate worth 2,000 yen. The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors had a great view of the ocean and the water quality was good. The rooms faced the ocean, so it was great for viewing the stars at night or the sunrise. The Awa Odori, which is performed every night from 8:40 PM, provided a great opportunity to experience the culture of this region, and there were also experiences such as seaweed picking and dyeing. For dinner, I had a buffet at 彩, and the tuna dissection show was a feast for the eyes as well as the taste. In addition, I really liked the fact that this accommodation actively made efforts to practice a sustainable environment, such as installing recycling bins in the rooms. If I come to Tokushima again, I would like to stay at this hotel."

"I was genuinely surprised by how unappetizing the breakfast was 🫢. The sauna was a nice touch, and it was great to see the stars at night since the weather was clear. For dinner, we went to a restaurant near Naruto Station, about a 10-minute drive, and that was excellent. The 24-hour bar was also a plus. I usually choose hotels based on their food, so I really hope they improve the quality of their meals. I booked this hotel after reading reviews, but overall, I'd say my experience was just average."

"I booked this hotel to go to the Otsuka Museum of Art. I chose it because of the distance to the museum and the food. I think it's about a 5-minute walk to the museum. I had some drinks, but the portions were very generous. The food was fresh and tasty, and I was very satisfied. The inn and rooms were clean. There was some water stains on the glass, but unless you're a clean freak, I don't think it's so bad that it bothers you. The only thing that really bothered me was the open-air bath in the large communal bath. It was night, but there were so many bugs floating in the bath that I couldn't get in."

"It was higher than I expected and the climb was difficult, but the view was nice and the room was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. We also used the SPA (outdoor bath) and it was very comfortable, helping to relieve the fatigue of our travels. The water, toilet and bath in the room were a little old-fashioned and difficult to use. The room key and SPA locker key also seemed a little old. It was a shame that the women's SPA could not see outside. We were able to refresh ourselves by taking a walk in the evening and morning and looking at the sea. Thank you very much."
