"Before my due date, I wanted to spend some time with my family, so I chose a nearby resort hotel where I could relax. However, the service and food were terrible. One of the room keys I had left was lost, and the charcoal grill restaurant I chose for dinner only had one course It was a set of chicken, pork, and beef, but I didn't know where the beef was from, and most of the meat and vegetables were frozen, and the meat was bleeding and watering all the time. Awaji beef and Awa beef cost about 3-5,000 yen each. It cost about 15,000 yen for two people. It really wasn't worth it. It wasn't tasty. The breakfast was really about the level of a business hotel. The hospitality was so bad that I wondered if it was a four-star hotel, and it was a shockingly bad trip. For the first time, I wanted to go home on the first day. This time I stayed for two nights, but the house dust in the room made me sneeze nonstop from the first day. I'll never go again. I wonder if there are people who come back. The events are well organised and the advertising is impressive, but to me it seems like a childish hotel."

"My husband and I stayed here with our Labrador. The building certainly has a sense of history, but the rooms are clean and we were grateful to be able to have dinner in our room. The specialty, sea bream shabu-shabu, was very delicious. There may not be many inns these days that offer such good value for money. Breakfast is served in the dining room, but dogs are allowed. There is an elevator in the building, but the first floor is a parking lot, so you will need to use the stairs to get to the second floor where the front desk is. Please be aware of this if you plan to use the inn."

"I was genuinely surprised by how unappetizing the breakfast was 🫢. The sauna was a nice touch, and it was great to see the stars at night since the weather was clear. For dinner, we went to a restaurant near Naruto Station, about a 10-minute drive, and that was excellent. The 24-hour bar was also a plus. I usually choose hotels based on their food, so I really hope they improve the quality of their meals. I booked this hotel after reading reviews, but overall, I'd say my experience was just average."

"It was higher than I expected and the climb was difficult, but the view was nice and the room was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. We also used the SPA (outdoor bath) and it was very comfortable, helping to relieve the fatigue of our travels. The water, toilet and bath in the room were a little old-fashioned and difficult to use. The room key and SPA locker key also seemed a little old.
