Location is great with excellent view over the fisherman’s wharf. However, the arrival experience was quite awkward as once I got up to the room, there were two housekeeping carts right in front of my room and the room door was opened, this gave me an impression that the room was not ready. Besides, service from the Front Desk lady will need to improve as she gave me quite an awkward attitude upon both arrival and departure.

Two double rooms are booked for a family trip. One of them is in a humid garage and there are two idle box spring beds. 新開幕耶～又離八里碼頭、腳踏車步道都很近，二話不說訂房去。訂房時有備註要高樓層，但實際入住是5樓蠻失望的，房間看出去就是泳池，也看得到河岸邊，但當然不是全景，房間算寬敞，mini bar 免費，小朋友備品是我目前住過算是很用心的，兒童拖鞋是鴨子的不是一般素素的紙拖鞋，備品圖案也很可愛，浴室也很寬敞，最誇張的是，浴缸居然可以一家四口一起泡，哈哈哈，真的很大耶～隔音方面我覺得還可以，只是無法接受的是，是約晚上8～10點這段時間可能比較多人在洗澡，在房間看電視時都會聽到廁所內發出水錘聲，很大聲，覺得誇張的聲音，第一次遇到飯店會這樣的，房間只有這個缺點，另外公共設施我覺得泳池，兒童池都很不錯，泳池可能要天氣熱一點去比較剛好，不然水太冰了。隔天早餐的部份也覺得很扯，我們是第二輪進場的，時間到了還要等候，進去後很多食材都沒了，也沒有補，感覺很差；11點退房時也要排隊排很久，不就是退房還要等，感覺不優，綜合以上，若房價在便宜一點我還是會去，希望下次去時早餐有改善。

Unfortunately, when I checked in this time, the road happened to be under renovation, so I couldn't unload my luggage first, so I drove the car to the hotel parking lot at the back to park. Unexpectedly, the design of the parking lot was really shocking. The entrance and exit are in the same place. , the entrance is designed on the left, the wall on the left is also designed with an arc shape, and an anti-collision bar is placed in the middle. To be honest, it really depends on the technology to enter the RV, so we gave up the parking lot attached to the hotel. We parked in the nearby Xuhui Plaza underground parking lot instead, because it was not a special parking lot of the hotel itself. Since we stayed for two nights, we spent more than 2,000 yuan on parking fees alone. Because it was during the Spring Festival, the CI time was at 4 o'clock, so after storing our luggage first, we went to other places to spend time. The counter staff are very friendly and have a good attitude. I booked a quadruple room this time. The room is very spacious. The two double beds are also extra-large. There are also sofas and chairs. The supplies are generously provided and the cleanliness is also very good. Because it is a four-person room, there are two toilets, so there is no need to fight for the toilet. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast included, so I spent two mornings looking for food outside. Because we were staying for three days and two nights, the housekeeping staff also came to clean and replenish supplies. So overall I give it five stars. It would be even better if it comes with breakfast.
