"This is a popular all-inclusive resort! We stayed on a Saturday, but the various play areas and pool facilities were spacious and relaxed, so it didn't feel crowded at all. The instructions for the unmanned self-service hotel were simple and clear, and customer service responded to questions very quickly. Our group of nine was originally allocated only one parking space, but the hotel kindly assisted us by adding an extra space. Since there was a lot of trash due to the large number of guests, we contacted the hotel and they arranged for someone to clean it up. Cooking utensils and cleaning supplies were plentiful. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I travel to Nikko!"
