Booked this hotel as we was going to the take that concert at city ground, it's very close to the city center with all the pubs and clubs in walking distance and even closer to Nottingham castle and ye old trip to Jerusalem bar which is a must visit very quirky. The staff are very friendly and polite and the hotel is very clean with all the amenities you would need for a break away. The hotel is in walking distance to the station but also has parking outside the hotel but is limited but the us a multi storey next door. We will definitely be using this hotel again next time we visit

Great location. Breakfast was average and on the pricey side! Also after leaving I realised I got charged an extra £7.50 for drinks I
had in the bar! Not happy

The room was very tiny and felt cramped, the heating was quite ineffective. The hotel even though located in the city centre is very uphill, resulting in a very tiring journey to reach by walking..
The hotel felt deserted and rustic and dull lighted resulting in a very dull vibe

The structure seemed worn out and exhausted. The room was tiny with no sound isolation whatsoever. The toilet was poorly placed. The breakfast was subpar. The staff appeared unmotivated and indifferent. Overall, it was well below average. I won't be returning.

Nice hotel and right next to Castle and very close to city centre. So location was great!
I was on 6th floor so there is a walk up a flight of stairs from the lift which stops at the 5th floor- which I didn’t mind but worried about people with mobility issues perhaps.
Room was very clean, shower was great and the bed was amazing- I slept so well.
The room is a little small for the price but otherwise ok.

Nice hotel - rooms could do with a make over, very tired bathroom/shower set up.
