"the breakfast and service was very good the room was clean with a good bathroom,however the parking advertised as FREE is not free and when i qustioned the management team they were adamant i had to pay £8 to park my car no exceptions,i told him that it said FREE he said it does not say free and pay now i did pay and 24 hours later they did agree to repay me the £8,this could have been a good review i will not stay there again."

Premier Inn Nottingham Arena (London Road)

"Good location- easy to find and close to the train station. We drove so used the car park in front of the hotel where there is a discount for staying at the hotel just let reception know you are parked there - is a set fee for 24hrs. Rooms were clean and quite basic but sufficient for what we needed - downside no fridge to chill your drinks. There is a kettle to make hot drinks and room has tv which is good. Ordered the breakfast which was lovely - options to have cereal, fruit,yoghurt,toast,pastries and a full English with coffee/tea and juice. Restaurant overlooks the river which was nice as we could see the ducks and swans Hotel has a bar which was nice to have a few drinks in the evening when we arrived Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Nottingham again Price was good value for money!"

"Apartment hotel, second stay, the room type is different from the last time, it is a sloping roof room on the top floor, there is no kitchen and living and dining room, it is a whole large bedroom. The view and lighting of the Velux sloping roof window are good, it is a very good experience. The only problem is the location of the bathroom cabinet. Because of the height of the sloping roof against the wall, you will hit your head when brushing your teeth and washing your face, and tall people need to squat."
