"We hadn't made a reservation for the parking lot in advance, but they went out of their way to accommodate us, especially since we had children and had to leave early the next day. They also upgraded our room, and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were so helpful, and even though we had a lot of heavy luggage, they went back and forth to carry it for us, gave our children some snacks, and were extremely considerate. I'd like to use them again if I'm in the area!"

"We stayed here for 2 comfortable nights. Their staffs service are awesome, friendly and helpful. Especially Ms Yumiko service is always smiling, approachable, helpful and kind, who served us 2 nights for our meals with compassion. Room was comfortable with delicious authentic Japanese meals send our room. Onsen hot bath was clean with nice mountain view. Highly recommended to stay in this Onsen Inn. Very quiet, peaceful and calm place to rest 👍🏻"

"This was my first time staying here. I used my car's navigation system to get there, but it's in a place where even the navigation system gets lost. Has the room been renovated? It was very clean, and judging by the number of chairs, it seemed like a room for five people and was very spacious... however, there was no water in the bathroom or toilet on the second floor where the room was located. It was one thing for a small amount of water, but it wouldn't flush for a large amount of water, so I used the toilet on the first floor. I even used the sink in the bathroom on the first floor to brush my teeth before going to bed. When I went to take a bath around 4:30 in the morning, there was no water from the taps or shower! It had been working fine the previous evening, but now the sink wasn't working and I couldn't brush my teeth...it's supposed to be open 24 hours, isn't it? After 8am, the second floor and the bathroom were working fine. A heated swimming pool? Such a half-baked thing is unnecessary. I think they should use that money to create more variety in the baths. The room had a TV and a refrigerator, and the mineral water in the refrigerator was complimentary. It seems that meals are basically taken in the restaurant. There is no microwave in the building, only a shared kettle next to the restaurant entrance. I tried to re-boil it, but it didn't work. By the way, there's a microwave at the RV park, so you can use it if you go across from the parking lot."

"I was surprised by the response, which I didn't expect from an old inn. With this kind of response, it seems likely that Oigami Onsen will become even more obsolete. 1. Front desk response: When I checked in, I noticed that my name was written incorrectly on the paper, so when I pointed it out, they told me that it was exactly as entered, as if it was their mistake. When I entered the room, I looked at the confirmation email from the inn on my phone and saw that it had the correct name written on it. Just to be sure, I pointed this out at the front desk, but they said it was a typo on the part of the staff, and they didn't apologize or apologize. 2. Plan with 100g of Joshu beef sirloin steak I was looking forward to dinner, but there were 4 thin pieces of red meat. Steak is a dish that is eaten with a sauce similar to Genghis Khan. The amount is clearly less than 50g. I complained to the front desk when I checked out because the foreigner who was transporting me didn't know what was wrong with me, but he gave me the excuse that it was a cut steak (what's that?). Misrepresentation on the website that doesn't even look like the photo. There was no sincere response, and it was at such a terrible level that it would be impossible to come back. It was a horrible stay, leaving me feeling like I had been cheated."

"Since April, the management has changed, the hotel name has become "Livemax," the frosted glass logo at the entrance and the doormats have been changed, and the sofa with Alesi's signature is gone, but the notices, furnishings, and decorations remain unchanged, and it's still operating as a "turnkey operation"! There's a mysterious logic to the situation, such as not issuing receipts for on-site payments. The bed making is done by amateurs. The free newspaper service has been discontinued. It cannot be said that sufficient hotel management know-how has been passed down from the affiliated hotels."
