Aloft Orlando Lake Nona

The staff went above and beyond for my dietary sensitivities - you could tell they put the guest first, and made it a very memorable experience for not only myself, but the other 50 people in our company's conference held there

Aloft has always been a great experience in my previous stays. This particular trip with Aloft Orlando was for our company’s conference. We used one of their meeting rooms for several days and the employees all stayed on site. I was blown away by the kindness, promptness and professionalism of the staff. The drinks/snacks were being continuously replenished, the meeting room was cleaned at each break, the bathrooms were cleaned 3-4 times throughout the day, the restaurant staff was exceptional and kind. I rarely leave reviews but this team is extraordinary and deserves to be applauded!!

The quality of hospitality at this hotel is truly amazing and refreshing!! Right from the start at reception, we had the best experience with Ragy and Kristy. They really cared about us as guests and were so helpful with a few specific needs! It meant a lot! And the management is certainly doing all the right things here…great experience in all aspects!

Our stay was a mix of kid's spring break and business (bleisure). I booked a Two queen suite, which is actually 2 connecting rooms with 2 -queen beds in one room and the living space in the other with sofa bed. Highlights: 1) The lobby/work/play downstairs is knockout! 2) The pool area is good and maintained well. 3) The restaurant/bar staff are helpful, kind and attentive. 4) Our booking was spacious with and had 2 bathrooms (one warming bidet) 5) Quick access to the toll road 6) Driving or biking distance to restaurants is short. Areas for improvement: 1) The hospitality desk staff barely made eye contact to say hello and did not go out of their way to be helpful. 2) The pool is frigid regardless of the sun shining directly on it. 3) During our 8 day stay, the power went out, elevators power shut off, fire alarm woke us before 7a and there were no warnings regarding whether or not any of it was maintenance or problem related. 4) We learned during our 8 day stay that your room will only be cleaned and replenished every other day. This wasn't great for 4 people, despite our being pretty tidy. After going downstairs to the front desk, I was offered a free coffee (which is already free) for my trouble after having asked for service multiple times without a response by phone. 5) While there was plenty of room for sleeping and sitting, there is little to no storage for storing your items inclusive of luggage/clothes/shoes. If you have an extended stay, are lodging with multiple people and need to place your personal effects away, be prepared to be creative. 6) Lastly, this hotel is on the other side of the tollway from The Wave Hotel/BoxiPark and all restaurants. It is more of a car or bike ride, depending on what work for you. There are no immediate walkable amenities nearby. This was not the Marriott feel that I've come to know for nearly 3 decades now. We will likely not return to this hotel but it is solely due to personal preference and all listed above.

We travel a great deal. This was our first stay at a Boutique hotel such as this… when we are in the area in future, we will return to this hotel. Beautiful place with lovely, trendy vibe and friendly and professional staff.

Amazing stay. New hotel!! Friendly ataff! Restaurant food and service was great! Pool and exercise room Great!! Conveniently located! Perfect! We WILL BE BACK!

Brand New Hotel not even on Google or Uber apps yet. The entire town of Lake Nona seems so new so this is no exception. Great Decor ! Staff was nice not really over the top friendly but courteous and respectful. We tried to use the pool but it was freezing . So it’s not heated or if it is no one bothered to put it at a comfortable temp. So that was disappointing. The room is small (typical of Aloft) but a little claustrophobic so next time wud prefer a corner for sure. The bar in lobby is great and great beer selection for the few taps they had. Well Done ! And Great Bartenders!! Positive and Smiles! Mainly getting the Five Star for the Sierra Nevada on tap and the AMAZING Kale salad at bar. Really really excellent !! Chicken wings were kind of a let down but that seemed strictly the source and hopefully they will get a better quality wing eventually. Did have breakfast also - (advocado toast) it took a long time but it was excellent!

This hotel was amazing! It’s so newly built, you can smell it. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with a lovely lobby. The restaurant at the hotel is great and the chef is very creative. Definitely a gem in the area. The conference room facilities were also clean and large enough for our business gathering.

Staff was friendly and personable everywhere we went on the property!! Room was perfect!! Loved the design and the beds/linens were superb!! Rain shower was awesome!!
