Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to Universal (walkable in about 25 minutes) and they let us leave our car in the lot for the day when we went to the park. Very comfortable and clean room.

Everything was great with our stay. We were just disappointed with the free breakfast offered. The selection could be better. Store was pricey so bring your own snacks. I bought 3 waters & a cup of soup and paid $17.00. Staff was friendly, place was clean, suite was spacious.

Hotel is not bad over all, close to Universal Studios, three thing I didn’t like
It first it took us 1 hour and 3 calls to service to get a baby crib which was requested in my reservation. Second cleaning level is bad you can tell they only do surface cleaning and if they will keep doing that rooms will look like 100 years old very soon, finally plastic utensils and plates in the breakfast area was not good idea at all, cheap quality plastic that is not environmental friendly and not easy to use, and room cleaning only on the 3rd day of staying is terrible,,,, I am not sure if this HAYAT level of service

We loved our stay. The gym and pool were nice. The breakfast was good and with some daily variations. The room was clean and the beds were confortable. The kitchenette was furnished ok; we had everything we needed to cook. The grocery (publix) is aprox 8 min drive (30-40 min walk). We loved to walk to Universal Studios, and the Uber ride to Disney was less than 20 min. We recommend and would return to this hotel anytime!

This is a great property. We were greeted upon arrival with, “Welcome Back!” The staff is extremely friendly and there to answer any questions. The room was exceptionally clean, the view was great too! Highly recommended the Hyatt House. Be sure to check out to HBar, drinks are delicious, food is good, and the staff will make you feel like home.
