It was a very pleasant stay. Very clean , quick check in .. even was given a cookie and some water at the front desk as i was being checked in. The resort is very close to SeaWorld. Literally a less than 1 mile.

Wi-Fi was out in the room I was given I called the front desk and told them instead of fixing the problem. They said they would move me to another room to walk to the front desk. I explained I have an autistic child and this is very hard for me to go to the front desk. Can they bring a card for a new room? They said no I’ve got all my things walked to the front desk. They then gave me a room two doors down from the room. I was in and log all my stuff back through the property. After getting into the room, it had no Wi-Fi as well. I called again. They told me again, grab all my belongings and come to the front desk. I checked in at 7 PM. This went on till 9 PM. I went back to the front desk, and after waiting 20 minutes with my son, running amok a woman who works for the hotel, put me in a room, which she thought was very close. It turned out. It was a handicap room and it smelled like mildew and mold. After calling and explaining this again, they told me my option was to leave and ask her refund from trip.com.

The Hotel has two types of accommodations which I was unaware of prior to arrival. There is a Highrise hotel building and a low-rise building with outside entrances similar to a motel.I received a room in the motel section on the first floor. Although I was able to park close to the building, I had to walk quite a distance in the parking lot find an entry to a dimly lit walkway to the actual room. It was a bit spooky for a single female traveler. The room was large and appeared to be renovated but they did a poor job of cleaning up plaster on the bathroom floor and sink. Overall the room was not up to DoubleTree standards as far as cleanliness.

The room was filthy and carpet felt like it never been cleaned and shampooed. The room is outdated and not matching the marketing photos of the room that’s updated with hardwood flooring.
Cleanliness does not look like their first priority and the entire property felt like one big party place for people of all ages with smoking guests everywhere and loud voices are hard throughout the property.
If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to rest and stay, this property is not the place.
I will not stay here again.

TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!!! Listen all who are booking, this hotel needs to be knocked down!!! Mold everywhere!!!! In the bathroom showers, outside hallways going up and down stairs, and in the parking lot. Parking lot was a MESS too! Garbage everywhere, terrible lighting at night! This hotel is an EMBARRASSEMENT to Hilton! I can't believe Hilton lets this happen. BUT, they figure they have to cater to the downtrodden as well...so, this is their hotel. Pay the extra $20 a night and go to a cleaner hotel. The service was terrible as well. Call the front desk and they Yes you to death, but things never show up at the door. All of this but they make sure they bill your account for everything. THAT is efficient!!!
