İlk geldiğimizde karşılandık ve ***** üzerinden tam ödeme yaptıktan sonra bize haber verilmeyen bir ücret talep edildi. Ücretsiz park yeri yok. Üçüncü katta 2 çocuklu bir oda ayırttık. Süitimize gittik ve girişten önce kapıda bütün bir tavuk karkasını bulduk. Temizlik iç kısımda daha iyi olabilirdi, sanki hızlı bir şekilde yapıyorlar ve temizlik yaparken bitmiş gibi görünüyor. Çift kişilik odalı süitte kırık bir dolap kapısı vardı ve yuvalardaki çekmeceler hizalanmamıştı. Çamaşır odası ilk bakışta temiz görünüyor ancak makineler eski ve kirli. Oyun odası jetonlarımızı aldı ama Hızlı ve Öfkeli'de oyun oynayamadık. Dördüncü gece dışarı çıktık ve döndüğümüzde süitimizin dışında kaldık. Ön büro resepsiyonisti tek başına çalışıyordu ve hiç de hızlı değildi. Önümde sadece iki müşteri vardı, hiç yaşanmaması gereken bir sorun nedeniyle neredeyse 15 dakika ilgilenilmeyi bekledim. Nihayet süitimize erişim kartları verildikten sonra, cumartesi günü check-out saatinden önce dolap kapısının bakım adresini almak için çağrıldık. Genel olarak en kötüsü değil ama kesinlikle en iyisi değil. Risk size ait olmak üzere kalın.

The rooms were not as clean as they could be, the door and windows didn’t shut right so all noise filtered in and the rooms was super humid all the time.

I liked the room very much. It had everything I needed. I didn't like that I could hear doors closing and there was no towel for the kitchen. The faucet where u turned off /on felt like it was going to fall off. The floors seemed kind of dirty and every time I got into bed I had to wipe off feet. The staff was great.

The surrounding area seemed sketchy and the loud people talking during the night and arguing. Went to walk to my car to get something out and people were just hanging out in the parking lot. Not sure if they were staying on property. I just didn’t feel safe there.

The property was in a great location that was close to all of the Disney parks. The room was clean and well maintained.

Second time staying here. I really like the space and cleanliness of the room. The beds are very clean, just a little too firm for my taste. We will definitely stay here again

I am on my 4th stay here... Staff is more than friendly, you feel like they have known you forever....Rooms are VERY clean & beds are very comfy....

The property is nice. Smaller than the pictures look. No in-suite laundry which is inconvenient. The carpets need to be cleaned as our socks and feet were BLACK after walking around the unit. I wish I had noticed that there is a $15 PER NIGHT fee to park, all the other places are free. Also, they charge if you ask to check-in early, which is just another “fee”. Would recommend overall but probably not stay here again.
