This was pretty much a great mother/daughter shopping trip that had been awesome up until the last evening.
Our condo was clean, we didn’t get hounded by sales people, it was nice knowing you had to have a key card to get into the gates etc. pretty much a false sense of security I guess.
Some time between 8:30 our last night there and 9:00 the next morning someone decided to “key” my vehicle. Now, when I say “key” it let me specify by saying there are three specific lines from the headlight to the rear fender of my the drivers side of my SUV. It has three very specific “dips” and lines that were not a quick walk by. This was specific.
It’s very unfortunate that even though I was parked in front of the building there are no cameras covering the front of the bldg.
I’m waiting now to hear from the Security Office what, if anything, they plan on doing. Very disappointed that this would happen at a Hilton property.

這不是一個酒店，是公寓改造的度假屋。房間很古老，前台很古老，工作人員動作緩慢，效率非常低，可能適合老年人來消磨時間的。非常不推薦年輕人及對品質有要求的人來。這是我們在美國住過最差的“酒店”

房間內設有免費洗衣及乾衣機使用附帶洗衣粉👍
酒店服務設施，沒有每日房清潔，換床單，更換毛巾，清潔垃圾，酒店範圍比較大，每天都要發8分鐘以上時間步行到前台
但整體來說，房間空間都算大及滿意👍

property looks nice, pool area is clean and well kept. ONE bar and ONE restaurant for the entire place, the "smoke free" policy doesn't apply to everyone, regulars just smoke wherever they want, even the pool area, disgusting. Staff was not very helpful when asked to address some concerns, got the feeling that they are there to just put in hours and go home. Clean and nice looking, but run poorly by some barely competent people and management doesnt seem to care about doing better.

Our overall stay was very pleasant. The room was quite and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to everything including all Disney properties. There were two things that were bothersome. First was the smell in our room. It was a rotten food smell. My husband said to him it spelled like a dead rat. We didn't notify the property, for one reason we checked in extremely early in the morning, like 2 am and we were tired. We weren't in the room enough for it to really matter and after a few days we didn't smell it all that much. We opened up the patio doors to let fresh air in. Secondly is the parking. It's the worst. There isn't enough parking. Since we checked in so late/early in the morning we had to park by check in and the staff drove us in a golf cart to our building, which was building six. Each time we came home in the evening it was difficult finding parking, luckily we were able to find a spot each time, other than our last night a few buildings down. When we checked out and called up front for a pick up they never showed up so we had to walk with our luggage upfront to get our car. I would stay at this property again because of the location, staff and comfortable stay. Everyone was very pleasant.

I understand they wish to sell time shares. They turn on the hard sell before we get a key. That was a huge red flag.
