第一天去的時候還沒打掃，訂的高層卻給我一個一樓房間，而且整個房間都是漂白水味道，我一家子人都等在外面，餐枱上都是臟毛巾，位置還算可以 後面換了一個房間但是入住體驗不好，住了三天沒有人打掃

다 좋아요 리조트 내에 음식도 팔고 디즈니, 유니버셜, 씨월드 각각 셔틀버스도 있어서 편했습니다.

This property never fails for a large family. We travel frequently to Orlando and you can’t beat this price for a 3 bedroom. Plenty of space and staff is amazing. Big shout out to Gardenia who was nothing but welcoming and happy to accommodate us. 10 stars for sure! Thank you Floridays always! See u soon!

This is the third time we have stayed here in the last 10 years. Lobby has been remodeled and looks great. Staff is excellent and prompt. Our unit was missing quite a few utensils when we arrived. No pots and pans so staff was quick to bring them. We stayed in building D in room 402. Unit was clean but a bit run down. 2nd bathroom door did not work. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. Because some of the units are owned I am uncertain who has the responsibility of keeping the units updated. May look for something a little more taken care of next time.

Great stay, close to disney parks and a 24 hour grocery store around the corner. Spacious, clean, great pool area and awesome view. Will stay again

Enjoyed our stay and will stay again. The unit itself was spacious and clean.
Some normal wear and tear and a few minor things that we experienced. The microwave screen is broken, so you couldn’t read cooking times to be sure you’re accurately inputting the cook times. The ceiling fan blade was missing a screw, one fan blade was hanging in the master bedroom, so it was unable to be used for safety. The toilet paper holder was broken in the master bath so we just sat it on the counter. The carpeting could use a good scrub. We were sweating in our room and turned off the air unit entirely because it was cooler outside than it was inside, but there was still hot air coming into the vents! Not sure how that even was happening! No big deal tho!
Those things were so minor, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Will definitely stay again.

Customer Service was very responsive and quick, extremely polite and courteous. Will definitely be going here in for future stays.
