Front desk staff was not very pleasant. Asking simple questions about our room seemed to be very frustrating to the front desk person.
The pool area is infested with bees. There must be a massive hive in the bushes by the pool. Swarms of bees covered all areas of the landscaping bushes.
The hotel was for the most part clean however in areas seems a bit neglected and run down. Only one of the elevators worked during our stay and the other one had a sign on it that it was out of order, however it still opened up when pushing the button to use the elevator.
Our room was nice and big, however had a very musty smelling odor. Beds were comfortable and there were no issues with our room other than the smell.
The airport shuttle was great and the driver was very friendly.

There's absolutely nothing that stands out about this hotel. The on the phone staff isn't very helpful. The staff walking around the hotel isn't very friendly. You walk into the building no one says hello. The beds are hard as rocks. The pillows are old the building is older, but you can tell the attempted to renovate.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. We arrived very late and they were so accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was "okay", but its last renovation did not include a lot of details. The baseboard in the bathroom was literally peeling off of the wall, the faucet on the vanity sink was leaning and awkward, there was no diffuser over the can light in the bathroom exposing the old CFL bulbs. These sort of things made it a less than comfortable visit because it made you wonder what else was going to fall apart. All of that said, the FD team was stellar!

As long as you don’t need the shuttle, this is a great property. Airport shuttle never arrived and heard stories from other shuttle drivers that it’s usually a really long wait for this location and they complete several trips and see the same people still waiting for this shuttle.

Hotel was very dirty and old smelling. Luckily we were there only for a short time.
We had to change one of our 2 rooms bc it smelled like cigarette smoke.
Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Jordan, front desk staff was superb. Shuttle to airport was prompt. Breakfast was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay!

Very freindly and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean and in new condition, very spacious with two queen beds and extra sitting room with desk. Shuttle service to/from the airport was very freindly and convenient to use.
