This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The room was extremely clean and well put together. I will definitely be booking here again!

Fair Hotel..
Slow and complex check-in…
Big room.., and comfortable beds.
There’s a Fridays beside the hotel.
Close to the Universal theme parks.., such as 15 minutes walking.
I’d stay again.

Staff was great, room very clean, unlike my lay 3 visits, there were hidden charges at checkout, not related to services.
Next visit to area I will be checking other places.

The hotel location is very recomended for you who want to go universal studio or go to the premium outlet. Dont forget you have to booked a bus to go the universal studio the day before, inside a hotel there is outlet for you to booked the bus. If you want to rent a car there also a rent car outlet inside the hotel. I go to premium outlet , walk to 10 min only. If using uber it cost you about CAD 9. I just dont like the room hotel floor all using carpet. Thanks

Reception area was very nice. Room smelled mildewy, bed wasn't on correct size frame. Rooms are very loud. Could hear everything from room next door and from outside.
