I am grateful about the location, and I am aware that when I checked in, it was pass midnight, and I knew then, so little could have been done if I were to complain at the front counter. I just wanted to sleep.
Our room was dirty, I even saw a roach.
Heater didn’t work, at a cold night, it would have been a great help. I ask for clean towels on my second night stay, and I was told I can only have one. Well, damn.
I can understand that maybe the hotel is short staff, and some things could have been missed, but as a paying customer, arriving into a dirty room, unacceptable.
I will never book with this hotel again.

Habitaciones cómodas, limpias, con refrigerador y microondas lo cual facilita la estancia. Excelente trato del personal.

Nothing I liked. Bad area and renamed but not listed as the new name. $150 deposit for a dump basic low budget motel. Dull lighting

It is located in a good place, with respect to the facilities: the beds are very small and super uncomfortable, the room had a very musty smell, the bathroom with very stained lines on the wall, I suffer from allergies and since I entered the room I was attacked by sneezes, for what this hotel is the security deposit is very high, I have stayed in better hotels than this one and the deposit is not that high, if you want something cheap and central you have this hotel but I would not recommend it There are better options for the same price.

The hotel is in an excellent area, you have everything you need in that street, and this is definitely fhe only good thing.
Service is terrible, they dont clean your room eventhough you requested two days in a row and they confirm they will do it. The rooms has a weird smell, all dirty as well

The beds are at least 30 years old. Sometimes mucus like was on my bed and they just brought nasty sheets and blankets.

Needed a night at a hotel near universal, room was comfy and clean and was in a decent location. Would use again for a night or two near theme parks. Decent for the money.

Everything was good about this hotel. I don’t like the fact that they do not come in daily and give new towels and make the beds. When calling the front desk to ask they say they only offer housekeepers on your 3rd day of your stay. That’s ridiculous at least change the towels and tidy the beds up.
