Perfect hotel if leaving for a cruise

A very nice hotel with all of the amenities. There is a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel; and a shuttle from the hotel to the Port Canaveral cruiseport cost $40 USD ($55 CAD). The rooms are modern and clean. The free breakfast buffet hit the spot. The hotel is easily surrounded with plenty of restaurants and other amenities (pharmacy, ice cream, fast food).

Front desk attendant was not polite and then gave me keys to a room that someone was already staying in. She never apologized just made excuses. I’ve been here before and never been treated this way. Not the facility but definitely the person.

Nice staf and a 24 hour airport picknup and drop off shuttle. I always stay here when I have a long layover or a over night layover

The room was very dated, the bed was old and clearly in need of replacement. The room was clean as well
as the bathroom. Towels and sheets were worn out. Breakfasts food was inedible.Very disappointed.

its a Hampton Inn a little bit on the old side, but very clean, close to the airport, they pick you up when you leave the car, and take you back to take your plane. there´s coffee. a lot of restaurants with discounts for staying in the hotel.

Our 1 night family stay at this Hampton Inn was comfortable. Our expectations of comfort, cleanliness, service, and quality with Hampton Inn were met. Hot breakfast, with scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and waffles, was good.

Breakfast was okay. Pool was supposed to be heated, but it wasn’t.
The room was very spacious. But the pull-out sofabed was very uncomfortable - could feel all the springs.
