Nice room front desk was very helpful. Location of Hotel is outstanding within walking distance to where I needed to go. Great experience will be traveling a lot in the future and I will be staying at Quality Inn when available.

No hot water which was a known issue and they did not educate this prior to check in. Cracked mirror, ripped up carpet and stains on the bed.

The person at the front desk couldn't find my reservation it took 20 minutes to get it right. And the rooms (we had 2 rooms) one looked like someone spray painted something on the floor and the rest of the room was still a bit dirty, hair on the sink, beds, and the carpet was so dirty and nasty. Second room was the same except the bathroom tub Faucet would not shut off so it kept running. I told the front desk and said someone was coming to fix it, nobody came. We decided to leave around 11pm. Just couldn't stay there.

我感覺這個不像我一樣住過的comfort inn，毛巾粗燥的要命 和Motel的差不多，以往住她們家的店 毛巾和床都很軟和的……浴室的門關不上，浴簾拉不上 洗澡水整了一整個浴室！

Our room was in bad repair. Rusty corroded doors, mold in the carpet and on the ceiling. The shower rod was broken and the tub did not drain right away. It took about half an hour. The safe was sitting in the floor next to the entry door which was odd. We booked 3 nights, but only stayed 2 because of the reaction I was having to the mold. I can’t believe anyone at the hotel thinks this is acceptable.

It’s an older hotel that is a bit dingy and really needs to be updated. The walls need to be painted and the carpeting needs to be cleaned.
