Overall, our stay was meh. Not great, not terrible. We were in a 2br, 2bath firework view room, although what fireworks and when they occurred is a mystery since we didn't see or hear them during our 3 night stay.
Aside from that, as I walked up to the counter to check in, one employee was complaining LOUDLY about a guest who had reported an issue with their room. That conversation did not stop when I stepped up to the counter, as the employee continued recounting the customers complaint that the TV in the room didn't work, among other things. At first I brushed it off, but moments later the phone rang. It was an ******* representative calling the front desk on behalf of ANOTHER guest with a different complaint. The hotel employee hung up from that call and said "I hate it when ******* calls --the guest needs to come tell us the problem." So, now I'm realizing complaints are the norm.
While we didn't experience issues worth calling the front desk, we did experience incredibly uncomfortable beds; sheets that refused to stay on the bed so I found myself sleeping directly on the mattress every morning; a long hair in the shower that didn't belong to anyone in our party, etc. To top it off, we arrived back to our room to find that neither of our room keys worked. We were told we "must have kept the keys near a cell phone"... Then when we received new keys only one was functional.
If you want a reasonably priced place to crash, it's fine. But we likely won't be back.

The property was immaculate, just had a few issues in the unit...the slow flushing toilets plugged on 2 different occasions, and the faucet in the master suite on the jet tub fell off completely when we tried to adjust it, soaking
myself, and the floor. We appreciated a washer and dryer in the unit!

The 10th floor of building 5 has a mold odor. As soon as you open the elevator you feel the smell.
We had to change rooms as we couldn't resist the smell. The lady at the front desk let us check other rooms in different floors to find a better options.
All the room were similar, the design of the rooms were very comfortable for groups of more than 4 people. The building and furniture and very old. The building needs maintenance.

Let me preface this with the following; that I went with my sister. She and I live about 2 hours away. We were not interested in Disney, just relaxing. We are both mature female adults without spouses or children.
Checking in was simple. The staff was nice and explained where the room was but after that it was, take the map and find out for yourself. The main lobby is in one building, our room across the street. Can be dangerous crossing. I got a bonus from ******* for the stay. It was put in our door later and didn't notice until the next day. We got a one free drink at the local bar and $25 off a spa treatment. We did use the free drink, but going to the spa was in the main building, up five flights in an elevator and they only did facials and masseuse treatments. I opted out.
The pools were nice. The weather didn't cooperate, it was 70 and overcast and scattered showers. So it was chilly getting out. The main pirate ship pool was mostly children and parents,
while the smaller reflection pool was more adult friendly. Pool Bar was overpriced but fine. Room was dated but everything worked as needed. Never used the dishwasher, or washer dryer. Aromaspa in master bath was great for me. I'm sorry they don't make them anymore. They did offer discounts for Disney attractions but we chose not to listen to a "presentation" to receive the benefits.
Overall, good place, better for parents with kids than single adults.

The rooms were large and comfortable although some of the furniture was in bad shape. As a whole the unit needed refreshing: linens, pillows, dressers, chair (one missing). Requested face and hand towels and more trash bags, they never came. The convenient store was in our building which was very handy. Location was close enough to theme parks, easy drive.

Got into the room and immediately noticed that the beds were slanted. Looked under the beds and the slats were broken on all of them. Contacted the front desk and they said someone would come to look at it. No one came so i just left 2 days later with terrible back pain and little sleep. Would never come back.

The only downside was that we had to replace the room keys many times while we were there even though we didn’t put them near other cards or phones. Once I walked straight back from the lobby holding the key and nothing else and it didn’t work. Otherwise, the location, amenities and cleanliness were great!

Our experience was not so good. When we checked into the hotel we waiting 25 minutes in line and they only had 1 person working the check in counter. The rooms are very out dated and the furniture looked like it was picked up from a garage sale on the side of the street. The unit we stayed in was a 3 bedroom. Underwear was left in the closet from a previous guest. The coffee table had a huge burn mark from someone setting a hot pot or pan on it. We will not be staying here again. Think twice before booking this hotel.

We love the location and how friendly the staff members are. We really enjoyed the pool area. We have stayed here many times it’s like home away from home. They only recommend I would like to make is updating the living room furniture and having clothes dryer that dry the first cycle, not five cycles later.
