I figured my room would be like the picture with the small sofa- it was your standard room with 2 queen beds. Wish that it would have clarified that not all rooms have the sofa .

Nice location. That was near the Universal Studio Florida, so we enjoyed our vacation.

The room was moist and not properly insulated. It looked like there may have been some mold spots in the ceiling in our room. Overall, the stay was fine. The stairs leading up were a bit dangerous as well, they were "unglued" from the base and we almost fell a couple of times.

Illumination is poor at rooms,you can barely see the other side.Pool is closing at 11,I think you could take a pool bath anytime you need.

TL;DR its not the worst place weve stayed
Full review:
Perhaps a bit expensive for what you get, I suppose. The room easily fit 6 people for sleep but overall, it needs an update and some minor repairs. The negative rating is for a cumulation of several small inconveniences:
- all pillows are oddly small squares
- no USB charge ports (there used to be some but they were missing...)
- most metal objects were rusting or crooked or slightly broken?
- no water pressure in shower
- room could use a deep clean
Overall, it was clean enough and it is a decent location for Universal or the outlet mall. Pool looks decent enough. We probably wouldn't stay there again

Property states it has a gym but every single piece they have which is limited to begin with is broken and hasn’t been clean it looks like in 20 years. Our room was next to the washers and all we heard were the banging and clanging of them . Hotel is old and very outdated. Did the job for the quick stay but next time down will stay somewhere else .
