This property is gorgeous and relaxing for a longer stay. It is tastefully/attractively decorated with big open spaces/couches, and dining area seating. The staff is A1- amazing - friendly, responsive, proactive - the room was very nice/comfortable, sat by Pool and used the grill on a couple of warm evenings. The ONLY issue is that it's about 30 minutes away from nice eats and shopping. But that also supports the serenity and mood of the property.

Gabby at the front desk is a gem!!! What a smart and fantastic young lady! Also the girl when we checked in was so kind and helpful! What a well run hotel!! Good Job!!

The Hotel and the staff if was very good, the only thing is the breakfast end to early 9am, that the only concern about my experience.

Very nice hotel.
We rented a 2 bedroom apartment which accommodated 5 of us.
Breakfast was plentiful.
Parking was plentiful.
Right by I4 highway.

I had out patience surgery at a near by hospital and the staff allowed me to check in early. When I was released at midnight and arriving at the hotel, they provided a wheelchair to use for the duration of my stay. I can’t thank them enough.

Shower head and pressure was horrible, no bar soap and at $200 a night, give me bar soap. Breakfast was subpar, McDonald's was a better option, and the pillows could use to be thrown away.

The staff was very nice to accommodate our three rooms close together. The interior design of the hotel is very pleasing and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Very nice day would definitely recommend.

Total stay was great! The only this I did not like was the $15 charge at the desk on the check out for parking. It was a gated area with a hospital next door. I arrived late and wasn't in the mood for finding a free parking area. I do not recall on ********** a mention of a change for overnight parking. Very Disappointing!
