We got held up getting to Orlando, called the hotel, the young man that answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful. When we got there at 2am, he made everything go as smooth as glass. Check out young man was very pleasant, as was the breakfast staff. Rooms were very clean. If I am that way again, will definitely stay here!

Great location close to everything. Free breakfast was great and everything was clean and nice. Expensive parking but overall a great stay and experience.

did not like having to pay for parking and did not like that it was not mentioned at check in; everything else was great. hotel was clean, room was clean and well maintained. breakfast was good. they have a little basketball court that my son enjoyed using with the ball from the front desk.

The hotel was nice, breakfast was excellent. The room we had was great but the night shift staff was not very forth coming with information that parking was in fact not free on property and that it was $25/day!!!! That is insane! We found broken glass on the floor in the kitchen area and have made 2 attempts since checking out to speak to the manager with no response whatsoever! That is very poor customer service. Up until finding the glass on the floor everything was going ok with the hotel stay but finding glass is not safe and we had 3 year old with us who loves to play all over the floor. He could have been seriously injured by that glass had we not found it. Combine this with the fact that there were no cleaning supplies in the room except dish soap, no oven (how is this a full kitchen with no oven), no sponges provided and the refrigerator door was sticky and had not been cleaned properly. The manager not contacting us back within 24 hours of us leaving and requesting to speak to them is unacceptable. We are very disappointed in this stay.

Was not informed of parking fee at time of check in. No other complaints. Basketball court was nice! Comfy beds and pillows - friendly staff.

I booked a two queen bed suite. When we got there there was only one bed and no rooms to switch us to. Mom had the sleep on sleeper sofa. We were told we would be switched the next day. Next day came and they were sold out. Felt like I was deceived the night before. They did comp us one night.

The hotel is central to many of Florida's popular attractions. There are many hotels in the area, a CVS, Bonefish Grill and a couple of 7-11's walkable. Everything else would be a drive or the city bus which is cheap.
Daily breakfast offered variety, and the gym was decent but could use an upgrade. Pool was warm and inviting.
