Great location and clean rooms. We would like to thank the staff for their hospitability and kind manners in particular. It was silent at night we had a good night's sleep. We recommend Divan Bursa for any sort of trip.

I came to the funeral from Antalya. I made 3 adults 1 baby. When I came, they gave a room smoked inside, not even opened the room window. However, we said the other room was again. There are two large hot spring pools. The temperature is slightly warm at 40 ℃. Although it is a little far from the center (Kozahan and Urjamy), there is no problem if you use a taxi (about 20 lira) or Dolmush. There are many restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

The location is exceptional. For the rest, they will make sure you feel welcome from the check-in until check-out, has a lot of reasons to highlight. From the reception, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping, all teams are extremely friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in, you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!

I advise everyone to be a great experience. You can eat dinner at the 7th floor café in the view. Thank you very much to friends at the reception. I didn't have the opportunity to use spa, but such a hotel would be great in spa

Eşimle bir iş toplantısına gittik, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve kibar. Ortam da çok nezih ve sakindi.Restoranda bayağı vakit geçirdik, gürültülü muhabbeti bastıran bir müzik yok. Şefin de ellerine sağlık, harika bir köfte yedim.

Rooms are spacious, though door locks do not work plus there are no security chains (5108). No Fire escape plan on the door. Business Club Lounge does not serve Breakfast and dinner hot snacks are not a great selection. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Ms. Ayun in the breakfast Lounge is outstanding in her attitude towards service, stands out from the rest by miles !

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very calm during the week. We used the spa as if it was our own. There was no one. The staff is friendly but the rooms could be cleaner, the carpets were very dusty
