A que to get in the bar and could not get in
Very few shops
Room with a view of the carpark
Location very good (yet there are a few hotels in the same area).

The Chateau Laurier is the iconic hotel in Ottawa. Unfortunately, during Covid, it was not the greatest experience. First, no housekeeping. Second, no valet parking and hotel parking lot was always full so we had to park about 10 minutes away. Third, inconsistent service and no room service. The product is probably better in normal times but price was too high for value. Positive was larger room with a view of the Canadian parliament buildings.

加國的費爾蒙不少，剛去過魁北克的城堡，又來了渥太華的同款。相同之處都是地點絕佳，這一家無論是國會山，運河，還有Byward，國家美術館，都是五到十分鐘的步行距離。服務很好，早餐不錯。

酒店位置就在運河邊，離國會山很近。房間設施比較老了，衞生還行。房間裏有提供拖鞋，洗髮水沐浴露、燒水壺和免費水，沒有牙膏牙刷。最大缺點呢就是空調聲音有點大。

酒店地理位置沒話説 就在國會山莊隔壁，總體感覺也好，拍照也好看，大堂裝修很漂亮，最大的問題就是停車貴，現在酒店衹可以代客停車，不能自己去停，每天加幣60包税，真的很貴呢。房費也才300多加幣啊。

不愧是費爾蒙，服務真的是高標準標準化出來的，非常好，而且效率很高，這在加拿大是非常突出的。要説酒店地理位置和住宿房間體驗、酒店歷史風貌，沒法簡單用語言形容。這間酒店是我去過還想再去的地方，真的很棒👍

優點衹有地段好，離國會山近而已。 酒店和房間設施太老了，門都破了，浴巾也泛黃。房間很小，免費的水衹有兩瓶也是很小氣。 整體國內三星級標準。 房間隔音很差，晚上街上汽車的轟鳴很吵。以後應該不會再住。
