"They serve free coffee in the lobby all day long, love this little touch 🤩 see photos."

"Had to change room because it was dirty Due to this experience, they upgraded the room"

"Güzel bir deneyimdi, check-in iyiydi, seyahat gecikmesi nedeniyle fazladan bir saat kazandım, kahvaltı alanı temizdi, havaalanı servisi de çok iyiydi."

"Overall a great experience and very well located hotel. Many people from Ottawa don’t even know it exists but it is located right between Parliament Hill, Byward Market, the Rideau Canal and the University of Ottawa, all within reasonable walking distance. The room was nearly organised and clean, they provide fresh bed sheets, a towel, and a locker for each person in the room for the dorms. The bathrooms have body wash. The services are great too as they hold your luggage and offer different activities to do. A big highlight was the free jail tour in the mornings where they provide insights on what the building was like during its run. My friends from Ottawa came with me and found it interesting too as a local. If you do not have time for that, each floor has informative banners that explain similar historical background. Furthermore, they had laminated sheets in the lobby with recommendations for places to go beyond the regular tourist staples and great places to eat. I went with one of their restaurant recommendations and it was delicious! Note that I do not think it is accessible since it is a building that has to be preserved in its original state, there is no elevator, but each floor is only around half a flight of stairs. Sound also travels a lot in the hostel because of the jail’s design, but they provide ear plugs at the front desk. The breakfast was also great :)"

"Otel harika bir konuma sahiptir ve bir mutfak ve oturma odasına sahiptir ve çok sade bir atmosfere sahiptir. Parlamento Tepesi'ne, kanalın ve Ottawa Nehri'nin kesiştiği yerdeki parka ve çevredeki kültürel ve kültürel mekanlara yürümek çok uygundur. sanat müzeleri Çok uygun maliyetli bir rezervasyondur."

"The staff is very friendly"

"The location is great, but breakfast was a bit slow. Since it's made-to-order and the portions aren't large, you have to wait a while."

"It's better than expected. Quite a surprise."

"The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was spotless and well-maintained from the rooms to the common areas. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The pool and gym were also exceptionally clean and inviting. The beds were some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making the room feel cool and comfortable. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and every detail made the experience feel relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for cleanliness, comfort, great food, and excellent service!"
