"We booked a 2 double beds room. The bed is good, but the heater is too old and noisy. So it was quite annoying and easily made us awake. The room's size for double size beda is not spacious, it is quite tight. Food Basics is located a couple of minutes walk. So, we can easily buy fruits, breads and some frozen fooda as the room alao has the microwave."

The hotel manager completely ignored our request. We ended up making full payment without staying there. We have been Marriott VIP members for many years and it's both frustrating and disappointing dealing with the people in Marriott Ottawa. We will never book this hotel again!"
