This hotel is brilliant. The staff are very efficient, helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The food is lovely I’m quite a fussy eater but always found something, the best food I have ever eaten in a holiday hote. The areas outside are very clean and well kept and my husband loved it when the bar staff kept doing rounds of the sunbeds to make sure everybody was kept supplied with drinks. We loved the heated indoor pool lovely and refreshing on a hot day. Pool outside was freezing if that was heated they would get a lot more people staying outside. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back. It was our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday we came in from pool and room was decorated on both occasions we got a bottle of bubbly and some fruit. If I had anything to criticise it would be the evening entertainment it was not very good. We were in room 128 great view of the pool and the sea facing the quiet pool lovely and big balcony. Fantastic stay loved it

We were here this year for the first time , but for sure won’t be the last ! We were welcomed by Alex , the Bar Manager who made sure that we had a cold drink after a long flight and always talking to us with a smile on his face ! The food was amazing and the staff were brilliant ! General manager of the hotel was there every day talking to us and all other guests . Alex and his bar team did such an amazing job. The service was absolutely amazing generally from all the reception staff , bar staff and restaurant staff ! Cocktail management was brilliant with lots of cocktail choices , shots , champagne and more ! All managers were there talking to all the guests ! We loved it and absolutely recomand it ! We will be back for sure !!

Our family of 14 have recently returned from this superb hotel. The location, setting, value for money, staff attention, and rooms were all top-notch, which made our holiday truly wonderful. There are too many superlatives to describe the hotel that also made time to celebrate my wife and brother in laws birthday. BRILLIANT

We have just returned from our second stay at the Louis imperial. Your greeted back like old friends, with a cocktail or soft drink served while you fill in your details for check in. The lobby is spacious and perfectly clean. We got to our room, overlooking the quiet pool and with a sea view. Again perfectly clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom is good with a great shower. Breakfast,lunch and dinner was brilliant every time. Loads of choice whether you’re a meat eater or vegetarian. The roast beef and lamb is especially good. The kitchen staff should be proud. The waiting staff are mostly really hard working but you have the occasional staff member who lets the side down a little, but don’t let that put you off. The housekeeping team are equally impressive. Our room was always cleaned well. The entertainment team are very good. They put on loads of games and quizzes and work really hard. We can’t really fault the hotel on anything. I think there are one or two areas that are heading towards needing a refurb but these are all quite minor. Special thanks to polina,elvis,Raymond,svetlana.Alize and Mary and to vicky for making our stay so memorable. Thanks so much. Alan and Tracey

Can't recommend this hotel enough, we had a fantastic stay end of April beginning of May 2024, the hotel is lovely,rooms spacious clean and comfy beds, 2 out door pools(1 of them quieter) indoor heated pool this was great for my morning swim, the restaurant was amazing, lovely food, plenty of choice and theme nights, the staff were amazing also all happy and friendly, couldn't do enough for you, we can't wait to go back.

Arrived home yesterday after 11 nights here. Rooms are fine lovely and clean and well maintained. Ate in the alacartes which were very good, the food in the main restaurant is outstanding, lots of choice and excellent quality. Evening entertainment is ok although there isn’t something on every night but the entertainment staff work hard to organise different things. The staff everywhere are lovely, very pleasant. Special thanks to Seif, Sawy and Ahmed for looking after us both through the day and also evenings. The one negative about the hotel is the temperature of the pools they are absolutely freezing. First couple of days we were there the indoor pool was heated, after that the heating was off and never saw anyone in there after that. Not many people using the pools and felt sorry for those with young children as they could not use the pools. Mentioned this to the tui rep and she said it’s a hot country and hot countries don’t heat pools. What a ridiculous statement, hot countries do heat their pools for their guests. Pools are the reason I have only scored 4.

We have recently returned from our 5th visit to the Louis Imperial Beach Hotel in Paphos. Once again our expectations were exceeded, from first contacting the hotel right up until our departure. The reception was warm and welcoming on our arrival and the hotel/room was clean and tidy. The food was once again excellent and so consistent; the chefs do an excellent job and provide a good choice with something on offer for everyone. During our stay we ate at the Pygmalion burger bar and Fiki Japanese restaurant, highly recommended and both were excellent. The entertainment team, we must say a big thank you to Christian, Nini, Mario and Bridget, you made our holiday extra special, from the daytime activities to the late night music requests. You all work extremely hard and even though you only took up residency at the beginning of April you are a credit to the hotel. The vast majority of the hotel staff are all hard working and pleasant which is a credit to managers Alex and Phil, and general manager Chris, you all made us feel special. Thanks to Mihai and Cristian for always keeping an eye on our drinks and making sure we never had an empty glass. And thanks to all the staff around the pools, the lobby bar and restaurants for making our stay wonderful. We did notice some areas in need some TLC and the managers are aware of this and hope to bring these areas up to date soon. We cannot wait to return and we hope to see you all again soon. “Happy Days”

We had the most lovely time in a beautiful hotel, way more posh than we usually stay in! Really lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. We took a private taxi to the hotel from the airport to ensure we would arrive in time for dinner. Reception staff were very efficient and sent us straight down to dinner and delivered our cases to our room. Our room 227 was really lovely with loads of storage, very clean with beach towels on the bed waiting. Great view over the adult pool to the beach, and roomy balcony. Tea and coffee facilities, fridge in room. Shower over bath. Spotlessly clean. Every meal we had in the Buffet Restaurant was gorgeous. We ate in the main buffet hall every day, except once when we went to the Asian restaurant, and to be honest we didn’t enjoy that one bit, but that’s a personal view. The sunbeds are plentiful and comfortable, we sat around the adult pool. The pools are freezing! Even the indoor one. The location is great for a walk to the harbour or a walk to the lovely little chapel along the way, a great spot to watch the sunset. A bus stops outside if you don’t want to walk. We walked to the crazy golf, not too far. All the staff were amazing, shout out to Ahmed, Alina and Bridget to name a few, all super helpful and smiley. The entertainment was unusual and not something we generally get involved in. We hired a car and drove to Nicarsia, the Troodous Mountains, Laatchi Harbour and Polis. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the area, and I would definitely go back.

Happy staff, friendly a**osphere. Good food. Rooms good as well as pool, bar and all the facilities. All inclusive allows freedom from worry and stress. Beach a stones throw away. Lovely walks around the area. Nice walk into town and along the sea front.
