"Beautiful hotel located in a very convenient location! The room is very spacious although we did not get a front view room ( we are facing the other residential building next to the hotel), the big tree right next to the balcony did add up to the privacy. An outside facing room would be great for the stay but may be because we asked for quiet room, that’s why the hotel placed us there. The soundproof is very good in the room once the balcony door is closed, so I do think that even facing the swimming pool or street, there won’t be much noise :) Shower is good! Strong water pressure and drainage is perfect! A/C is good, definitely cold enough for mom. House keeping did a good job except after the second day, she did not give us another bottle of water in the room and missing out the face towels on one day and I have to go to reception to ask for them two days in a row. But overall good cleaning no complaints. Breakfast menu in my opinion could be bigger and provide more options. The quality of food was amazing though especially the avocado spread sourdough which we ended up having it 3 out of 4 days. And the coffee, is to die for ! Must try their Freddo espresso / cappuccino !!! Just so good! Very smiley and friendly staff at the restaurant, reception and swimming pool especially Katalyn at the breakfast , always smiling, greeting us and remembering us at the breakfast. Hospitality is about how they make you feel and I think she did it well:) Last but not the least, swimming pool area was so beautifully designed, the reflection under the water made you feel like you are in one of those Vogue magazine picture😝. Sunbed was super comfy 10/10. Gym was a bit small in case anyone care about that. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely book again if I ever go back and will recommend to my friends!"

Helios Bay Hotel and Suites
"We stayed at Helios Bay for 9 nights, and this was our second visit, which says a lot about how much we enjoy staying here. The apartments are lovely, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, attending every day with fresh towels and bedding, which was much appreciated. The pool area is also a real positive. There are plenty of sunbeds, so there are no early morning sunbed wars, and there’s always somewhere to relax. The only real negatives were the courtesy room and the lack of pool supervision. The courtesy room is in need of modernisation. It wasn’t particularly clean, there’s a clear glass door that looks straight into the shower area, offering very little privacy, and without air conditioning it becomes unbearably hot—you end up sweating to the point of feeling light-headed. The other issue was the main pool. During our stay, a large family repeatedly took over the pool with constant diving, large inflatables, and games of volleyball. The pool simply isn’t big enough for that kind of activity. At one point, a teenager even jumped over my head while I was in the pool and thought it was funny. I certainly made my feelings known! The behaviour became so disruptive that younger children wouldn’t even use the main pool. What was disappointing was that not one member of staff stepped in to ask them to calm down or show consideration for the other guests. A little more supervision would have made a big difference and ensured everyone could enjoy the facilities. Despite these issues, they were the only real negatives from an otherwise excellent stay. We would definitely return to Helios Bay again, but I do think staff need to be more proactive in managing guests who have little consideration for others."

"İskele ve turistik yerlere çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Tatil sezonunun en yoğun döneminde geldik ve birçok otel doluydu, ancak bu yerde bolca oda vardı ve fiyat-performans oranı iyiydi. Şahsen ben çok beğendim, özellikle odaların oldukça geniş olması (üç kişilik oda 40 metrekareden fazlaydı) ve güzel bir manzara sunan balkonu olması hoşuma gitti. Kahvaltı boldu. Tek olumsuz yanı bir hamamböceği bulmamızdı."

Personel dost canlısı ve son derece misafirperver olup konaklamanızı gerçekten unutulmaz kılmaktadır! Baf'taki en iyi otel olmasa da bu olmalı diye düşünüyorum! İlk kez burada kalıyorum ama sonum olmayacak! Yemekler harika, özellikle kahvaltı seçeneği çok fazla ve ayrıca kahvaltıda şampanya seçeneği her şeyi söylüyor! Geç check-out işlemimi gerçekleştirdiler ve havaalanına uçuşumdan önce hazırlanmam için bana ücretsiz bir oda sağladılar. Bence bu otel 5'in ötesinde *."

"Again, we were bowled over by the friendliness and professionalism of ALL staff. Great that most of the staff have been here for several years. The very best hotel along this strip of coast without a doubt. Clean, tidy and the customer always comes first. The only minor negative was the poor standard of "Aqua-aerobics" but I believe that this is not the hotel's issue. (Bring back the free lunchtime smoothies brought to your sunbeds by management - used to be a lovely touch!)"

"I couldn’t fault the views and cleanliness of the hotel. My room was spacious and close to pool and restaurant which was good as I was a solo traveller and on that note the hotel really is for couples wanting a chilled out holiday. Evening entertainment was poor and badly advertised. Food was average for an all inclusive hotel. There is one member of staff that outshone everyone else and made me feel very welcome and her name was Krasimira - the rest of the staff should take note as she put the others to shame. There were plenty of sun beds to go around. On the whole it was a pleasant holiday but wouldn’t go back on my own"

"We loved it from the very beginning. We were greeted with complimentary prosecco, then a biggie ride to our hotel room. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room is exceptional, very tidy and modern. The atmosphere was buzzing around the main pool, and nice and relaxed in the adults only pool, as well as the beach front. Fantastic location, just a 5 minute bus journey to the coral bay strip. The food was great, various types of food at breakfast lunch and dinner. We also went to the a la carte restaurants; Nico and the Aroma Mediterranean restaurants, the service there was brilliant and the food was very nice. The snack bars too also had hot and cold food to keep us topped up. The lobby bar staff were always on hand to top our drinks up, the table service meant the night time drinks were nice and relaxing, with no queuing at the bar. The wide range of cocktails available in the all inclusive was brilliant. As this was our first summer holiday in an all inclusive as a couple, we will struggle to find a place better than this. Will definitely return one day :) Special mention to Stella at the adult pool bar. Her warm, welcoming service was fantastic. She went above and beyond each time. Sunbed service for drinks, cold towels to cool us down. A lovely person. Unfortunately she wasn’t working on our last two days, so we couldn’t give her a proper goodbye. Thanks, Sam and Emma"

"We had a Perfect break. Lovely hotel. Stunning beach view. The weather was a little disappointing. But we still managed to get some sunbathing in. We stayed in room 208. Arrived quite late. The reception staff swiftly checked us in and we got a pack up for dinner. Luggage was taken to our room before we got to the room. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Attentive, friendly hotel staff. The hotel is spotless. Our room was spotless, massive comfy bed. The only negative for me was the pillows they were just a bit too soft for my liking. Equipped with tea/ coffee facilities, hair dryer and fridge. Plenty of cost hangers. And a hot powerful shower. We had a two hour treatment each. Full body massage and a facial. It was so relaxing and very much needed. Our therapist was Lisa. She is a fantastic masseuse. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you so much! Also has a sauna, indoor pool and gym but we didn't use them. I would 100% recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again if I return to Cyprus. "

"We had never experienced all-inclusive before, but after a week at Imperial Island I think I’ve been won over! Everything about this hotel is perfect from the modern airy lobby, spacious rooms, multiple areas to relax inside and out, to exceptionally clean pool/pool-side areas with towels provided for the sunbeds. The choice of fresh food is exemplary at every meal and snack time (big fan of the late breakfast!), and pool service is constant, such a blessing. I travelled with my sons, 21 & 16, so I was a bit concerned there may not be enough for them to do but they used the gym, eldest went running, they played tennis and pool, and joined in with some of the afternoon activities organised by the Entertainment Team such as darts and shuffleboard, plus volleyball. I also took the bus into town (hotel kindly provided times) and even hired a road bike from ‘Ride Easy’ and a guide (Ian from Cycling Paphos) - highly recommend if you are fit (lots of hills!!). But by far the biggest win was the exceptional 5* service that every member of staff provides - nothing is too much trouble, incredibly friendly, they quickly learnt our names and made us feel like we were the only people there. Extra thank you to Elena, Ovi and Myrto (front of house), and Mary and Yusuf in the terrace bar. And last but no means least… the SUPER talented Entertainment Team ~ they spent such a lot of time getting to know the guests, always with a ready smile, so come the evening we were more than ready to see their performances and amazing costume changes. Everything from singing and dancing to circus acts and even bingo - proper variety. Such professional and talented young people, who made their shows family friendly and super inclusive. Even my sons got involved! Wishing Tilly, Letisja, Lucy, Laura, Kyria, Faye and all the team an awesome season. Suzy"
