Standard 3 star hotel. Staff were helpful, the room was comfortable, but the aircon was poor as was the selection of TV cable stations. Breakfast selection was OK. Its the type of hotel you that is best used for a night prior to or after a flight to/from Sao Paulo. There is a free airport shuttle service.

왜 이렇게 저렴한지 이해가 안 가는 호텔입니다. 고객의 편의를 위해 호텔에서 제공하는 여러가지 서비스가 많고, 직원들도 너무 친절하네요. 조식은 5:45부터 시작이라고 안내문에 나와 있는데, 저희가 28층 조식 식당에 5:45에 들어갔을 때, 이미 밥을 먹고 나간 사람들이 많았습니다. 조금 일찍 가도 입장이 가능한가봐요. 호텔 셔틀버스는 새벽 4시부터 매 시각 정각에 호텔에서 출발하고, 별도 예약이 필요하지 않았어요. 공항에서는 매시 30분에 셔틀버스가 호텔로 출발합니다. 에어컨은 ” fan coil”이라고 쓰인 레버를 밑으로 내리면 꺼집니다. 저희는 운 좋게 고층객실을 받았는데요. 뷰가 정말 좋았어요. 이 호텔보다 가격을 두 배 이상 받고 있는 공항 앞 이비스호텔보다 이 호텔이 훨씬 낫네요.

Hotel super bem localizado, com uma boa academia, limpo e com café da manhã gostoso, embora não muito variado. Pontos de melhoria: qualidade da roupa de cama e banho (toalhas e lençóis muito finos).

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue la ubicación, solo nos tomó 10 minutos para llegar al aeropuerto (a las 3 am), el personal amable y lo normal del hotel Ibis. Sin embargo, pienso que las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas, la puerta del baño del cuarto en donde me hospedé (piso 15) estaba mal encajada y no cerraba, no había shampoo para bañarse (estaba la botella vacía), el ascensor estaba con aspecto a viejo (tenía una rajadura en el vidrio en la parte de encima) creo que por el precio por noche podrían remodelar las instalaciones. Ya he visitado otros Ibis, 1 en Perú y este es el segundo en Brasil y me decepcionó un poco, pensé que serían como los anteriores en donde me hospedé.

The hotel is good, location is convenient, but not worthy what it charges (about USD250). It's old, conservation is just ok. Not deserving a Mariott flag.

Very spacious rooms, with living space and small kitchen. Comfortable bed, and good shower. Very close to the GRU airport, and transfer service works well. The hotel is located at a part of town where there isn't a lot around to do and not very safe to go out at night. Decent restaurant on the premises.

Estuvo todo excelente!!! La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto, el personal, traslado gratuito al hotel. Muy bueno en relación al precio!!!

Güzel kahvaltı. Harika hizmet. En iyi görevli, Barbara!! Harika fiyat. Sessiz sakin bir yer, çevresinde restoranlar var, büyük bir market yok ama fırın ve market var.
