"Konaklamamız gerçekten iyi başladı. Resepsiyon personeli çok cana yakındı ve erken giriş yapmamıza izin verdi. Şehirde olduğumuz konsere gitmeden önce duş almaya gittim ve küvet giderinin tıkalı olduğunu ve küvetin boşalmadığını gördüm. Daha önce odanın nasıl kullanıldığını ve bir şeye ihtiyacımız olursa mesaj atmamı isteyen bir mesaj almıştım. Ben de küvetin boşaldığını mesaj attım. Cevap alamayınca odadan çıktık. Giderin tıkalı olduğunu görünce geri döneceğimizi düşündük ama hiçbir şey yapılmadı. 7 saat geçmesine rağmen hala cevap alamadığımız için resepsiyona gidip bir pompa istedik ve kendimiz halletmeye çalıştık. Gideri tıkamayı denedik ama işe yaramadı. Pompayı geri verdiğimizde resepsiyon görevlisi bize başka bir oda teklif etti ama pijamalarımızla ve gece yarısından sonra odada kaldık. Bakım ekibinin sabah 7'de geleceğini söylediler. Saat 11'de çıkış yaptık, mesaja hala cevap yok ve küveti tamir edecek bir bakım görevlisi de yok. Resepsiyon görevlisi özür dileyip bize restoran için kahvaltı çeki teklif etti. Restorana gittik ama bize sadece pastırma veya sosisli yumurta verdiler. Vegan ve vejetaryen olduğumuz için bu mümkün olmayacaktı. Restoran başka bir şey sunamayacaklarını söyledi. Resepsiyona geri döndük ve müdür, McDonald's istemediğimiz sürece resepsiyon görevlisinin başka bir şey yapmasına izin vermedi. Bu akşam duş almak için eve gitmeyi dört gözle bekliyorum."

"Booked this hotel for my long layover solely for its location. It’s a few walk away from Bridgeport metro station (although the walk may not be as glamorous since the way to get there has the potential to be confusing; anyway I figured it out easily). That meant I’m close to the airport as well as the metro if I wanted to go downtown. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The y have decent breakfast that starts at 6 (you can even take your coffee to go if needed). The staff were wonderful and helpful. As soon as I checked in and told the front desk I’m headed back to the airport the next morning, he told me that the hotel offers a shuttle that can send you to the airport!! That meant I didn’t have to walk back to the metro. (With that in mind, I bet they also have a pickup shuttle service—so contact the hotel so you can skip the metro altogether.) Such convenience."

"While the place was clean and nice, I was really disappointed with my stay because it's essentially just somebody's house that they are living in and you're just getting a room. Calling this a ”superior suite” is a real stretch. It's a regular sized bedroom (with a bathroom and a walk-in closet) so for the price (which was pretty expensive) it didn't feel worth it at all. Plus they add on a $60 cleaning fee that you have to pay in person in cash or e-transfer which is not convenient. Plus it's very far out of the way in the suburbs with little to see or do nearby. Overall I regret purchasing this."

"I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result."

"Starting in Hanoi we arrived at Vancouver airport at 19:00 and would fly the next day at 14:00 to Mexico. Perfect schedule for a night in the hotel. The Check inn was fast. We got an offer for diner and breakfast. But not that hungry so we decided to skip it and eat some simple breakfast on the airport itself the next day. If you are hungry and have time, it looked like a nice deal. Look up the deal before you go so you know if you want it. The room was clean, big and had good wifi. The location is perfect, you get your bags and walk to the hotel. No need for transport or go into the cold. Only the room felt cold. We put the heater on 26 Celcius, but i think it just got 18 celcius. That is cold when you stayed in Asian heat for a few months. But we had a perfect sleep in a big warm bed and started the rest of our journey refreshed."
