"這是我第二次入住富田酒店了，上次的入住，整體的感覺都非常不錯，主要是性價比這一塊兒真的很高。這次我入住的是高級雙床房，1115房間，下面來説一説這次的整體體驗。
服務：這次入住過程中，富田酒店的服務是非常值得點贊和好評的。
首先就是，在辦理入住的時候，前台主動告知電梯的位置，並且對於我提出的一些問題，前台也能夠給予解答。退房後，300元按金也是在很短的時間內就原路返還了，效率還是很高的。
其次，在上到11樓之後，遇到了幾位房掃阿姨，房掃阿姨很熱情地為我指引方向，讓我更快地找到自己的房間。
第三點就是，入住過程中，發現1115房間洗手枱上面的那個燈有問題，聯繫酒店之後，酒店快速響應解決。工程師傅幫我換了一個燈泡，之後就再也沒出過問題了。
還有就是，燈泡換好之後，不到十分鐘，前台給房間打來電話，詢問問題是否得以解決。我就覺得這次的服務非常到位，響應快速，還有後續回訪，感覺全程都沒有被冷落。
最後，晚上想去洗衣房的時候，發現我的房卡刷不進去洗衣房的門，我去前台詢問，前台小哥哥第一時間幫我更換了一張新的房卡，很高效地為我解決了問題，向前台小哥哥表示感謝，也為富田酒店整體的服務點贊，希望能夠繼續保持下去。
環境：富田酒店的地理環境很優越，位於鞍山市中心，距離火車站、客運站和大型商場都不遠，周圍的公交線路也不少，出行很方便。大堂明亮整潔，房間面積適中，沒有給人特別壓抑的感覺。但就是感覺晚上的時候，房間的燈光會有些暗。安全環境這方面也沒得説，上電梯需要刷卡，有效地保障了住客的安全。
設施：富田酒店的設施，我上次入住的時候已經詳細説過了，無論是健身房、咖啡機還是房間內部的閲讀書籍、小冰箱和體重秤，都是鞍山同價位酒店裡麪遙遙領先的，都非常值得稱讚。這次主要就説兩個問題。
第一個問題就是，1115房間的電視遙控器不好用，有一些按鍵按下去之後沒有反應，這就直接導致電視無法觀看（視頻1）。還是希望酒店放能夠儘快維修一下。
第二個問題，剛才也提到了，就是1115房間一開始洗漱台上麪的燈不好用，不過好在更換的速度很快，這裏就不再多説了。衹是一個小小的建議，就是説酒店方可以加強一下日常設施的管理工作，有問題及時維修和更換。
衞生：這次入住，衞生方面整體沒有什麼問題，衹是在1115房間的床單上和馬桶蓋上分別發現了一根頭髮（圖7+圖13），但是不影響入住。如果要是能加強一下衞生方面的細節處理工作就更好了。
整體來説，這次入住，我能給出非常高分的評價。富田酒店的整體都是可以令我放心的，而且價格也不算高，很多設施也都是同價位酒店裡麪越級的存在。如果以後還有機會，我還會再來。感謝富田酒店提供的高質量服務。"

YYaowangcangqiong0304這是我第一次入住拉斐爾酒店。經過這一次的入住，我想先上一點結論，那就是，以後有機會，我還會來。我這次入住的是1樓，101房間，是個複式房型，這也是我第一次住酒店的複式房型。下面説説具體的入住體驗吧。
服務：這次的服務挑不出任何毛病，每一步都非常好。在辦理入住的時候，前台很熱情地向我打招呼。對於我提出的一些問題，前台也能夠耐心地解答。還有就是，我本來預訂的是韓式大床房，但是當時這個房間還沒有空房，所以前台免費給我升級到了複式房型。説實話，我第一次聽到升級到複式房型的時候，我愣了。因為我知道，複式房型和我預訂的房型差出了好幾百塊錢。之前入住的任何一家酒店，也沒有過升這麼多級的情況。所以這次真的是非常感謝前台小姐姐，讓我的入住體驗一下子升級了好幾個台階。服務這方面，我真的是非常非常滿意。
環境：酒店所在的位置可以説是鬧中取靜，可以説是在小巷子裏面。距離鞍山站相對來説有一些距離，但是也不會有那麼嘈雜。不過，晚上的時候，外面的路燈照明設施可能就沒有那麼亮了，晚上走可能要更加註意一下安全，這可能也是環境方面唯一的問題了。其他的點都非常好，大堂明亮整潔，房間內部的環境更是讓人眼前一亮。由於我住的是複式房型，所以房間的高度非常高，面積也很大很大。這樣一來，完全不會感到壓抑，而是有一種很敞亮的感覺。
設施：這次入住，設施方面我真的非常滿意，因為是複式房型，所以設施相對於基礎房型來説，都更加全面。下面先説説非常好的地方。
第一點就是，複式房型配備了麻將機，這也是我第一次住到帶有麻將機的房間。我是外行，但是我能感覺到，這個麻將機應該不便宜，包括那四個椅子，坐着也很舒服。我親測了一下，麻將機可以正常使用。不過我這次是一個人住的，所以也沒人和我玩，不過這也絕對能夠成為一個亮點。
第二點，房間採用了智能客控。衞生間的馬桶是智能的，有加熱功能。還有就是，房間二層，床邊上有一個智能小度，對着它説話，它可以做出一些響應。比如視頻裏面所展現的，讓它關窗簾，馬上就可以得到反饋，還是非常方便的（視頻1）。
第三點，想來説説這個房型。上面也説到了，這個房間真的很大很大。一層有衞生間、沙發、麻將機、桌椅，還有個燒水台，這裏文藝點兒，就叫茶吧好了。然後二樓便是床、電視以及衞生間（二層的衞生間沒有淋浴）。是的，這個複式房型，有兩個衞生間。二層衞生間就在床邊上，晚上如果起夜上廁所的話，也不用去一層了，真的很方便。
第四點，也是我覺得非常細節的一點，那就是，房間樓梯裏內嵌的燈是不會滅的，衹要插入房卡，這個燈就會常亮。一開始我覺得這個設計不好，因為有光，可能會影響睡眠。但是之後我不這麼想了。因為這能保障我們的安全。如果晚上想去一層，至少還能有個照明，也不至於抹黑走，那樣就太危險了。所以這個處理我覺得挺好的。
第五點，還是説説房間裏面的燈光吧。房間的燈光非常明亮，而且燈非常多。我簡單看了一下，101房間的天花板上至少得有16個燈。可以説，這麼多燈，晚上看手機或是寫字的時候，眼睛完全不會疼痛。
第六點，101房間給了四瓶免費的礦泉水，一個人住，有這麼多礦泉水，完全不用擔心不夠喝（圖10）。
第七點，我想着重説説這個電視。可以這麼説，拉斐爾酒店的電視（至少是複式房型的電視），是我住過這麼多酒店裡麪最高級的。最主要的有一個功能是，可以無線投屏。這個投屏並不是説從手機往電視上投電視劇，而是説可以實現手機和電視的互聯。連接之後，我們手機上的畫面會實時同步到電視上。我覺得這真的很高級。我住了這麼多酒店，拉斐爾酒店是第一個有這一功能的酒店，所以可以看出，設施方面還是很新的。
那説到電視，我這裏就想説説設施方面不太好的地方了。
第一點，就是這個電視，雖然功能很先進，但是似乎忽略了最基本的功能，那就是看有線節目。別的房間什麼樣我不知道，但至少我住的101房間的電視，沒有機頂盒，然後我也調試了一會兒，發現確實是看不了有線節目，衹能看網絡電視。這裏麪可能也是**作有誤，但是我確實是弄了好一會兒，也沒有弄好。我覺得有些可惜，即使是可以看有線節目，那這個操作也有些太麻煩了，還是建議酒店能夠優化一下操作流程。
第二點小問題就是，101房間一層衞生間裝沐浴露的架子有明顯鬆動，還請及時維修（視頻2）。
第三點小問題就是，101房間茶吧抽屜的櫃子有一處明顯磕碰的跡象，已經掉皮了（圖12）。
大體來説就這三點問題，其他的真的都很好。
衞生：這次入住，我覺得最遺憾的就是衞生方面了。先説一下，這些衞生方面的問題完全不影響正常入住，絕大部分都非常好。但是我還是想指出來一些細節方面的問題，這樣才能有更好的改正空間。
首先，一層衞生間的牆上有兩根頭髮（圖11）。
第二點，還是衞生間的問題。一層衞生間的馬桶圈上面有污漬（圖14）。
第三點依然是衞生間，這個問題就稍微大了一些了。一層衞生間的角落裡發現了一衹蜘蛛，是活的（圖15）。我覺得，不管怎麼説，房間裏面不要出現活物啊。雖然這一衹蜘蛛也不會對入住造成影響，但是這也多多少少反映出衞生方面的一些小缺失，希望以後做的更好吧。
第四點問題出現在二層衞生間裏。二層衞生間的牆上發現了一衹蚊子，也是活的（圖16）。
第五點問題，茶吧的下面的櫃子裏面，發現了非常明顯的、大片的污漬。如果可能的話，還是請酒店方能夠及時清潔一下（圖13）。
整體就上面的這五點。我對於酒店衞生方面的要求一直都很高、很苛刻。尤其是房間裏有活物，對於這一點，我一直都是難以接受的。所以這次的入住，在衞生方面扣的分數比較多。
整體來説，這次入住，體驗是遠遠超出預期的。其實我説實話，一開始我並沒有覺得這家店能夠這麼好。但是實際入住下來後，我真的很喜歡，尤其是喜歡這個房型，真的讓人心情都變好了。放眼整個鞍山市，有複式房型的酒店都屈指可數，而拉斐爾酒店能有這種房型，真的是非常不容易。但是這次的總體評分沒上4分，可能真的是因為我的要求太苛刻了吧。但這並不代表拉斐爾不好，也並不會影響我對拉斐爾的好感。如果下次有機會，我還會選擇這裏的，到時候體驗一下拉斐爾酒店的其他房型，看看是不是也能給我驚喜。期待酒店方能夠看到這條評論、期待酒店方能夠對這條評論進行回覆，也祝願酒店能夠越來越好。

WWojiaotuyu週末來鞍山溜達一圈，入住溙豪酒店，停車場在樓後面的地下入口，一定不要找錯了，不然單行各種繞圈才進去。酒店在7樓入住，從七樓到住宿25樓電梯非常快也很平穩。房間很大，床很舒服，洗手枱一體盆很方便用。洗漱用品都不錯，給了洗面奶，面膜，小孩洗漱用品，果盤，供暖非常好可以説是非常熱了，窗户可以開一點。早餐很豐富，餐廳乾淨，有咖啡機，中西和現煮麪條餛飩等。
